I found some hope in these words (bolded) in this sentence from article:
"The girl went to stay with Fashana Burnett-Skinner for a court-ordered overnight visit..."

Overnight visits, or unsupervised visits, give me hope because this means that the Courts have not found the caretaker, they will be with unsupervised, to be a threat to the child.

This doesn't guarantee, of course, that the child is safe. It does give me hope though.

Please find this beautiful child safe and sound.
