KP stated that she had an affair with Rich. Is that statement accurate? She did make some false statements. IMO

Allegedly Falor was originally CP’s boyfriend. Supposedly BB got released from Jail in 2021, so she dumped him. They broke up and Falor began dating RP. CP then accused Falor of SA’ing her and causing a miscarriage.

Falor was actively having an affair with KP at the time RP disappeared.

It has been stated that Falor is the father of the missing baby but I think it’s important to remember that there were accusations that the baby belonged to BB.

These accusations are all coming from known liars. Most of it comes from Cortney's PCA which she tells multiple different stories.

Yes, per KP probable cause affidavit however she lied to police also.

“In another interview with Lt. Chris Piskor on Nov. 22, Kimberly Park reported that her mother and stepfather, Cortney and Bradly Bartholomew, hit Rebecca Park in the head, which caused Rebecca to have a seizure. When they were unable to revive her, a friend of Bradly Bartholomew picked up Rebecca Park’s body and took it away, according to an affidavit.”

I don't believe a word anyone of them say!

Yet another version.

Ok so is Kimberly still claiming Falor was in on it?

RP had gone to the hospital, expecting to deliver IMO. Makes sense to me that her adoptive mother was prepared to raise this baby too.

Cortney's brain doesn't fire on any cylinders IMO. I think she fully expected to raise RP's baby as her own, with DNA to prove it (except it wouldn't be her DNA, it would be RP's unique DNA but there's a biology lesson I bet Cortney never had). As for RP, I don't think Cortney is what you'd call a longterm planner, she had no love lost for RP who was her own flesh and blood; even if she HAD considered it (which I doubt she did), she could never dream that someone else might genuinely love RP, notice her missing, and turn earth upside down to find her. Cortney didn't think that far.

IMO she probably thought she found a genius way to beat the CPS system. Use her daughter as a cheap man's surrogate, steal her baby, show everyone what an amazing mother she is -- not to her actual children -- but to her new stolen baby.

Great job, Cortney. You killed that baby on your first try.

It's like a bad soap opera. Soap opera on meth.

That might be the part that blows my mind the most tbh. It's unbelievable enough that she came up with this plan, and even more so that she carried it out, but that she actually thought it would work is truly unfathomable

No joke, some people have such constipated brains they don't know what they don't know and they don't know enough to know that other people know more. And not only know more but care more.

the 84th livestream is active now not sure if it will stay live for the defendants' appearances as it has been paused in the past during their appearances, only shown later and not live.

defendants have claimed the attorney general's office who is handling state's discovery for their cases has refused to turn over even so much as a single piece of discovery. not one page of it. There is no representative at court for the AG's office. AG's office has said they won't turn over discovery unless or until said discovery is sealed by the court. Both defendants have requested either bond be granted based on this failure or the state's case dismissed altogether based on failure to provide discovery or otherwise properly prosecute the state's case.

I am livid right now. What on earth is the state doing with these cases???

a rule to show cause hearing has been set for the 30th at 10 am to give state an opportunity to show why the cases against the defendants should not be dismissed. MOO the state has shown it's butt with this nonsense.

Yeah, my jaw dropped.

I was half-expecting some sort of foul up or to have a deal made but to have the ball nearly dropped and shattered by the AG? As a MI citizen, I'm angry.

The Wexford County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is handling the prosecution of this case with the assistance of the Department of Attorney General. The Attorney General, Wexford County Prosecutor, and Wexford County Sheriff remind the public not to interfere with the ongoing investigation and to avoid all active investigation sites.

So the AG's office is "assisting" the Prosecuting Attorney's office in this prosecution. I wonder how often they assist in this manner? And why do they control the discovery and not the prosecutor's office?

What is going on in MI?

Wexford is so small, I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecutor asked for the AG to assist. They may not be equipped with the resources to handle a case of this nature, plus the media.

I would guess that Wexford count is fairly incompetent given the area which is the reason for the assist. They’ve probably never dealt with this and don’t really know how to handle

I was hoping the press would cover the 💩 show hearing since I saw plenty of cameras there and what appeared to be press behind them, but so far not one article to help me make sense of today's debacle.

I mean I get the county may be small and ill equipped to handle such a horrific murder case but what on earth is the AG's office doing??? Surely they have at least a little experience and hopefully enough to know turning over discovery is required, observing a defendant's basic rights is required.
