They complain about people speculating on social media... well every spec of information I have learned about this case was sourced from various live streams on TikTok, and aside from the expected lies told by Courtney and Bradly, it's been 100% reliable and far more detailed.

They must mean "arraignment" instead of "arrangement," right?

I still think they must have information that the baby will not be found alive, or there would be more public urgency about finding him. At least I hope there would be.

It's possible, but at least according to Kimberley, Rebecca didn't die from an overdose.

As far as I understand, Richard was at home just like he said, and his security cameras proved as much.
It was said that Courtney had security cameras as well, but hers (rather suspiciously) had the SD cards "missing'".

So if Kim claims direct knowledge that Rebecca did not die from an overdose, she is directly implicating herself as potentially an eyewitness. The more they talk, the more they implicate themselves and each other. Feeling sorry for the public defender assigned to each of the four detained so far.

I realize that I may be in the minority here but I don't think the boyfriend had anything to do with the murder of RP or knows where the missing child may be. Clearly, boyfriend (RF) is a criminal, sex offender, and absolutely belongs in jail for his offenses, but I just don't get murderer from him. I may be COMPLETELY wrong because RF is a predator, but I think the real villain and killer is bio-mom, Courtney.

These are, of course, just my thoughts and opinions and I am absolutely open to what others are thinking.

Agree with you that Cortney, bio mom to Rebecca, is the killer, with help from probably Brad and Kim. Cortney’s stupidity finger pointing, changing stories, broadcasting her alibi before she was considered a suspect worked contrary to how she planned. These people are such scum. Still trying to figure out what would push Cortney to kill..the supposed $2000 “inheritance” Rebecca allegedly picked up, some deep hatred of Rebecca for possibly stealing and getting pregnant by her former man, Rich, or maybe she suspected Rebecca was messing with Brad before she got pregnant. Of course, maybe she simply saw selling a baby as motivation to kill her bio child. Lots of ideas but then again, it’s difficult thinking from the perspective of a collection of low life strung out methheads.

Not from Michigan but where I live (the southeast) people will sometimes say "for some reason" when they really mean something like "for unknown reasons" or "for reasons I do not currently know." MOO.

it is the only link the 84th district makes available on their website but I also think this hearing will not be livestreamed. Unfortunately, I think we will need to rely on the press to give us the deets on the hearing today. Thankfully, MSM has finally jumped on board and this case is national news now. So the likes of Nancy Grace, Vinnie, etc may actually cover this one.

Can't recall if the hearing for CB and BB is for 1 or 1:30 pm but it is currently 12:30 so either half hour to hour of waiting to go. I am hopeful that not only the charges but (fingers crossed) the PC affidavits might be made available to the public.

that is not correct. UpNorthLive tried to stream Kim and Rich's but the judge ended the court stream and wouldn't allow reporters to film.
