I find it hard to believe Zimmerman was hurt so bad he and never went to the ER.

Young wasn't hardly hurt and he was admitted for hours into Botsford Hospital.

There is just no way that trial could end but bad. Nobody is going to be happy with the verdict, no matter what this jury votes.

Guess I asked that question badly. :blushing: IDo you think she will appear willingly or will she be forced to testify and therefore be rather hostile? RC does not want her DD to testify, she has stated publically, but noone has talked about Tanner. I think he'll be on the PT list.

Why do you ask me questions I can't give you an answer to Paintr. :scared:

Let's just hope that if any of the family members are issued a subpoena to testify, they are not hostile.

I'm sure the last thing they would want would be to see this defendant be found no guilty, while Tucker spends the rest of his life in prison.

Personally, my heart breaks for the family and I hope the daughter doesn't have to testify.
Hopefully, it will be a little easier for them, since Tucker isn't sitting at the defense table.
Still very hard reliving that night.

The feed has been horrible the last few days. It cuts out at least once every minute for me.

I watched the Young trial on Friday, and felt like both lawyers had so much more invested in the trial that in the LC trial.

Young looks like a child, I know he is not. What evil person beats someone with a ball bat. I can't imagine what the Cipraino's went through. ugggg

How sad the children's names couldn't be listed because one child was responsible.
