The police have recently stated that his alibi holds up-"for now". I think that the disclaimer is meant for the next logical conclusion-that since he was in VA, he may have hired someone to do this. That is why LM dismissing the "wet dude" puzzles me. Apparently, there is someone else involved -either a hitman or a random kidnapper. We have two strange things happening with two different men in the immediate area, and they are dismissed by dad in his haste to blame the ex. This defies logic. So what if wet dude is "local", he still could have kidnapped VS.
I don't believe that DS could convince the police
at least twice to arrest his wife for DV unfairly. Yes, Drew P was able to get away with a lot since he was a cop. DS is a truck driver. Not exactly the same pull with the law. They both filed for divorce, and they both filed for protection orders. But only one was found guilty of DV. I do not see where DS has shown violent tendencies, let alone homicidal ones. I don't think the custody case was a big issue to DS, I think given the DV cases, especially since she injured the 3 yr old, he could easily get custody if he wanted it. It's possible he agreed to V getting custody until he can move back to the area, etc.
I'm not sure how LE made the jump from someone's displaced some gravel to she's probably been killed. In the Pat Kimmi (RIP) case, there was evidence of a violent struggle. Pat's partial, and the perps money clip and cap were found. In this case, there was no blood, no clumps of hair, no slippers, just the gravel. To tell you the truth, that looked like it does at my house when the deer come to munch my flowers.
I don't blame DS for lawyering up. He's been called a stone cold murderer, a child molester and abuser, and NG blasts him night after night. If he's behind this, that's fine, but what if the guy is innocent?
Thinkaboutthis, I think that being in the military also shows responsibility, discipline, and courage. I am not sure his status as a vet will help us sleuth this out, but I'm curious too. Oh heck, I'm nosy. There. I said it lol.
I think we can safely assume he was in VA when this happened. I think a good start would be to check this guy out.
