But that is a classic tactic used to get custody in divorce/child custody disputes.

Well, her daughter has met with a sexual abuse therapist, and according to DHS, the daughter's claim of abuse is substantiated.

And the alibis he provided have not proven to be him, but an impersonator.

The impersonators could be in Michigan. I haven't seen any evidence there was anyone impersonating Doug in Virginia.

So if you are not impartial, you believe Doug is guilty because you believe there was an impersonator in Virginia. Show me the evidence.

No, I don't post outlandish accusations that I can't back up with links. Hyperbole is not my forte. Try again.

You asked me where the information came from for Venus writing her will. I told you it came from the TV interview by her parents. Her parents provided the information. I can't do your thinking for you. You have to think a little bit on your own, ya know.

Doug provided his own alibi. His alibi has turned out to be an impersonator. LINK.

Doug Stewart was in Michigan. There is evidence and a witness. LINK

No... you said that they "MADE HER" write a will.

The will wasn't the issue. You claiming that someone forced her to make out a will was the issue.

I can't do your research and reading for you. You obviously have done none yourself.

Somebody put her up to it. She had no money. No property. Why write a will?

It's a legitimate question that has failed to have been answered.

I haven't followed this case that much. I really don't know everything but Im wondering if the impostor who Venus knows, came up to the window waving to her to come out that morning and she did. Ya know whose to say she didn't put the letter in the mailbox the night before or even earlier that morning?

I like how all of you are going back and forth with your ideas. I still don't really know if hes guilty or not but to me, imo, it really looks like he was set up. How can you possibly be leaving all that evidence around? But then again he did do some stupid things like not showing LE where his cars were. IDk Im still on the fence.

But, if Doug himself was scanned into BG on Sunday....

But, if Doug himself was scanned into BG on Sunday....

We haven't seen anything in the news mentioning BG. The only place we know that "Doug" was on Monday was at the lawyer's office. Other than that, he withdrew money somewhere, paid some bills... but we don't know where.

I think we were just tossing around the BG idea, to see if it would even be possible for an impersonator to go as him. It would be difficult, that's for sure.

When you provide proof of what you claim above and in the multitude of posts to which I've replied asking for proof...well, I'll take you more seriously at that point. Till then, you're just shooting blanks hoping that something sticks.

I suppose I will have to take it down a notch and explain it a different way. If someone had you make out a will, Puf, or even do up a power of attorney, or had you put them down as the executor of your estate, and then ONE WEEK later you "disappear" without a TRACE, would you hope that someone, even a sleuth posting at a sleuth website would question it?

I think you would. And since you would think that way, you agree with me.

See, if you disappeared and weren't concerned about such a matter, then frankly you wouldn't care about your property and estate. It makes no sense to feel that way either.

Do you see it now, or do I have to take it down another notch and explain it again?

It has been answered in several news articles. Venus was terrified that Doug would kill her, and so she made a will. It appears to me that she was trying to take care of her children in that event, rather than any money or property.

Just trying to figure out why the pass was taken.

What impostor did Venus know?

Doug was smart to do that. Everyone was saying he was guilty before he even had a chance to explain what happened. See, in the USA, it is supposed to be "innocent until proven guilty", not "guilty because he was the husband". But now our country convicts on TV instead of the courtroom.

I am disappointed-I usually see this argument brought out at the end of the line. I am not trying to be rude-it's just that this is not a judge and jury here. This is a message board. And I am free to state my opinion as long as I stay on topic, but I dont have to accord anyone "innocent until proven guilty" as long as I can back it up.

DS was not smart to lawyer up if there was a way to clear himself from whatever roster MSP had of suspects. Because if he could have he should have rather than maintaining their focus. He is wasting resources if he is innocent.

If he is not, then he made the right move because MSP should have to work for an arrest.

But it is VS I am sad for and those who are missing her. Because she is still listed out as the victim. I will feel bad for DS if he turns out to be one.

It has been answered. You just don't like that answer, so you've made up your own.

Beane, let me ask you a question, if I may be so bold.

Do you honestly believe that Doug went around looking for someone that looks exactly like him to help him kidnap/kill his wife?

Isn't that..laughable?

Who in their right mind would look at a clone of themselves and agree to such a thing?

I try to look at things objectively instead of subjectively.

If Douginator were a clone of Doug, he wouldn't have needed a hoodie, a baseball cap, and dark reflective shades to impersonate him.
