COURT IS IN RECESS: Two men were just discussing the problem with the live feed audio during the break. Hopefully they'll fix that horrible hum before Richard Spencer testifies. At least we'll be able to see who he is, unless he already testified and I missed it.

Clearly they were aware the live feed was bad, not loud enough, and addressed the problem during the break. Although the hum didn't go away, I can hear the voices better but they still need to turn up the volume on the voices.

This must be what it's like to be old and going deaf. UGH!

Anyways, I also would appreciate a screen shot of Richard Spencer, but if anyone heard when this hearing will resume, I will try.

Absolutely and if it is the Ricky Spencer I suspect, you'll have a side by side image of him on the stand and his MySpace page shortly after he begins testifying - if the live feed comes back on.

Larry McComb (Venus' Dad) was called to the stand this morning in the district court in Centreville. The judge is trying to decide if there is enough evidence to put Stewart on trial for the murder of his wife Venus.

When the judge asked McComb to identify Douglas Stewart, McComb looked directly at him and said, “Hi Doug, murdered anyone lately?”

Spencer given "use immunity" for today's testimony. Prosecutor says statements made today will not be used against him in St. Joseph county

Spencer (goes by Ricky) describes Stewart as "like an older brother we had a strong bond" says talked for "a few thousand hours" on XBox

Spencer: Doug told him he had 17 confirmed kills in his time in the military as a marine sniper

Spencer: His and Doug's XBox relationship started December 2008
