eta: the only reason why I raise this point is because this is the sort of thing happening with Kyron's SM's facebook stuff... there's misunderstandings with when things were posted, and I just don't want this to become like that... for ex. if you check out my myspace profile.. it says "ƸӜƷ♥Ĵξکک♥ƸӜƷ Guess who felt an earthquake today?? They said that taking someone with the intent to kill them does not fall under the kidnapping requirements, Which they said are very strict. It falls under the premeditated part of 1st degree murder. It is explained in the PC, the DA is asked this question specifically and he answers it very specifically.

apparently the connection that I had made is not "The Richard Spencer..." So I'm back to looking into it.. (which would be the reason why I'm using my myspace after turning into some kind of rabid facebook user...)

According to Sue Billings, a family friend, Richard Spencer is from Maryland​

There is no Richard Spencer listed on Doug's myspace page. And the only RS's that I find in Maryland on MySpace are not people who could pass as a DS impostor... kwim?

CENTREVILLE — Douglas Stewart was arraigned Wednesday on two murder charges in the suspected death of his estranged wife, Venus Stewart.

St. Joseph County District Magistrate Mark Books set bond at $4 million cash or surety.

A pre-exam conference for the lawyers was set for June 29.

I would think they have to. It's two different cases. I liken it to the Haleigh case. If they arrest someone for her disappearance that is currently awaiting trial for drug charges, two different cases IMO

Speaking for the family, Dustin Jasper said they kept hoping she would be found alive. Then, police told them a co-conspirator named Richard Spencer was cooperating with investigators.
"I just ask everyone to pray for (Venus' family) as we go through this tough time," he said. "Mr. Spencer confessed to police and has been cooperative, I guess, and giving them everything they need to know."

That's what I meant when I said we can discount "some" of the FB info being posted... I don't really follow FB pages of missing persons simply for the fact that you get people such as that who jump the gun and post the wrong information... I've been sitting here most of the afternoon trying to find a RS who was in some way connected to DS in the way that Sue Billings was stating. And like I posted after that, I couldn't find any RS from Delaware that would be able to pass for DS on myspace. That's what I couldn't figure out... and I also could no longer see her post regarding this connection not long after it was posted. So I guess it's no biggie, I will just not really pay much attention to what is posted there.

Maybe Dougie had a gf? Maybe the girl who posted how funny it was that he was on the news on his MS? Who knows... He got some guy he met on an xbox gaming network to become an accomplice to murder... (which reminds me.. maybe I should check out just who my DBF's friends are on the playstation network )
