MI - YouTube Prank Has Singer Facing Prison

Kind of a waste of money and jail space...
We don't keep the ones in we should and we lock up the ones we shouldn't...

I think 60 days was fair. I think posting a video, singing raunchy songs to 6 & 7 year olds is wrong. It promotes an attitude or thinking that talking to children in such a way is okay, its funny, no harm done. The truth is, if it would have been for real, everybody would be pizzed because 6 & 7 year olds don't need to hear such raunch. So if we think it should not have been done in front of them, why would it be okay to post it on the internet?

I hope he also paid a hefty fine and had to apologize publically to all the parents

The guy didn't do anything criminal wrong. Yes it was in bad taste, but bad taste is not illegal. What they did was make a ridiculous stretch to charge him under a child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 statute to scare him into taking a plea to a lesser offense. This should have been handled in civil court not criminal.

We have traffic school, why don't we have rehab for stupidity, tackiness, and warped humor? Sheesh, I hope he doesn't go to prison for years!
