The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Michael Chan, 33, was last seen on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 10, 2019, in the Warden Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East area.

He is described as having black and blond hair, and brown eyes. He uses an electric wheel chair.

It states that Mr Chan is also nonverbal.

Apparently he went missing on Aug 14, 2019 as well.

Oh man. Non-verbal in an electric wheel chair. Pardon my ignorance but do you just plug those in to charge or do you have to dock the battery to charge? He’s been MIA for quite a while. Poor fella
