Scandi and or Sami,
Scandi I note you are thinking, as you have been for a while, that JY had a few drinks before he returned to the home. Couple of questions to think about, according to RPD the only tox test done was for alcohol, supposedly negative and definitely not noted in the AR, why would the toxicology be limited to alcohol only?
Would it (the tox screen) be limited based on what was found in the home ? For instance a bottle of something open in the kitchen area, glasses in the sink containing a left over alcoholic beverage or something along that line ?
Why would they also not run toxicology for drugs and other substances ? If true alcohol was run, then the pregnancy excuse for not doing a drug scan as well doesn't fly, at least with me. As you can tell I am not swallowing either story, that the only tox done was alcohol or, that the AR published is all there is.
For instance, what if there is a glass, or glasses, in the sink containing left over or trace alcoholic beverage and the GA friend told LE that neither her or Michelle had any such beverage - would the tox screen then just to be a verification of that statement ? To my way of thinking, something is not adding up -
Does anyone else think this or have any ideas?
