We inadvertantly learned a few things, if they were careful when they chose their words!

Cassidy only left bloody footprints in the bedroom, not all over the house. She didn't venture down the stairs - wonder why.
There was a weapon used acc to Larry K which cracked her skull open and damaged her brain and caused her to bleed a lot. They need to find the weapon because it has the killers prints on it.

Jason's cellphone would have had GPS on it so it would track where he was even if he wasn't using the phone.

Nothing of value taken from the home.

Plus, Michelle's mother is dogged with grief. I read at CTV where she is saying she is sure Jason did it.

I think they need to find the weapon before they can arrest him, right. He's not a flight risk evidently. And I think Kobalinski has heard the details of the autopsy about the skull cracked open. He said it so strongly, and I've watched him for a long time.

I think that has been argued a lot because Michelle was supposedly pregnant then. If it were Spring of this year............she would not have been.

Not meaning to promote anything but I too wonder about these posters. The one referenced JTF has been to places that I wouldn't exactly expect one to go if they are new to the world of crime related web spots and forums.

if he had the phone turned off, the cell towers won't pick up where he is/was....it it was on, even if he's not using it, the cell towers would have picked him up......i bet after the 11 pm call, he turned the phone off.....

Gosh, we even had that here on WS during the Laci search and trial. Although the posters scenarios didn't work with us, some of them were tried by the defense anyway.

oh i agree with you raisin....i even think SOME of these posters (over there) are even folks that actually know NOTHING, & are just trying to 'push button's'....you know, get the posters riled up for the 'fun' of it, so to speak....some folks just have nothing better to do ya know?....

more press conferences requesting the public's
assistance. IMO, the reason for this is that JY is the
prime suspect and has not been excluded.

Should he be excluded, I would think the Sheriff
would have a PC to say just that and request the
public's help at that time and perhaps announce
a reward for any information that leads to the
arrest of the responsible party.

As for the poster on CTV (just the facts) who
purports to be a close family friend. I take
any info from them with a box of salt.

Strach, Did you see the post from the newbie at CTV who says he has been in the house many times? He came to post to correct posters because so many things were floating around that weren't true. When someone does this I really wonder about their motivation. They could be wanting to set a scene to benefit someone. I just don't know if these are true facts but he did sound believable, naturally! Second post, I'd love to see the first one. He could be one of Jason's friends, who knows?

* No fax machine, rather a print out of a purse he wanted to buy Michelle
* No baby gate , and dog and Cassidy could go anywhere they wanted
* LE has never said there was no burglary, in fact there are vaqluable items missing from the home
* Lawyer obtained by Josh after police ask his friends accusatory questions
* The car accident. It was Jason who turned to look back thinking the rear door wasn't closed properly, his tires went off the road a bit, he overcorrected too much and went over, and it wasn't a 100' drop and Michelle didn't have her seat belt on by choice.

1. I believe the fax / print out/ whatever it is really doesn't mean poop. It only means something if what she was sent there for does not exist.

2. Baby gate - may be true if the person knows something but so what.

3. Claim of missing valuables - okay but what if they happen to turn up inside JYs confiscated vehicle and luggage - no one but the police know that. Of course if that becomes public knowledge, friends will say those were more presents JY bought on his trip.

4. Lawyer obtained after accusatory statements were made to friends - seems to me if this man had any sense, and with the attitude expressed by the step father, it would make more sense the lawyer was obtained after the vehicle was confiscated since this occured the same day his wife's body was discovered. I seriously doubt the friends were interviewed prior to that and the knowledge got to JY on his drive back to Raleigh from Brevard.

5. The car accident - i don't know why anyone defending JY wouldn't just laugh at this idea and go on. seems they protest too much IMO.

Michelle's Mother was terribly distraught, if she believed the police were no where she would be well within her rights to make more public pleas and the local press would be more than willing to assist in that effort I would think. The only reason she would not do a press conference would be at the request of LE.

So me thinks something is going on and it certainly is not LE letting the public think it is JY so the real prep doesn't get nervous, as the friends would testify to.

Fried Green Tomatoes is one of my wife's favorites, she watches it at least every few weeks, bet I have seen it 20 times easily but always enjoy it, and I am very much aware of the Towanda thing believe me ! Good flick.

Hopefully her faith in the police will come to fruition, sooner rather than later.

What I took from Loretta's site that you posted that I didn't really know is that he left the house while Michelle's friend was still there and then supposedly called her at 11pm from Vermont. I guess even getting there by that time would be by a hair.

I also think this guy has an agenda - don't know why I see JTF as a guy, but I do. Funny how different he is when a bit rattled.

Two things I read there have me thinking. One was if it was a hit, the kill would not have been one that left a lot of blood everywhere and the dog and child would likely have been killed as well.

That says it was an emotional kill, someone who targeted Michelle and killed her with great anger. I hate to bring in thoughts like this, but I read it there. A poster suggested maybe he was gay and his significant gay other did the killing. There is no way to even address a thought like that, except the one friend of his that was gay and made a statement said he was slow to get married but finally was resolved to do it and that Michelle knew from the go get that is what she wanted was marriage and a family.

I bet he turned it off too. The murderers are getting a little smarter now with all the cases being solved due to cell phones and computers. Remember David Westerfield was tracked even though he wasn't talking on the phone, it was just turned on. And that was years ago.

Or he left it turned on & in the motel room. Turning it off when you have a pregnant wife whose last pregnancy was a miscarriage & a two year old at home would raise suspicion. Leave it in the room & it appears your alibi checks out. Wouldn't really need to have it with you to bash your wife's skull in the middle of the night.

I tried to find something on this accident a week ago, but found nothing except that I remember it supposedly happened on May 29, 2005. That was the date I was working with, and it must have been from something reliable (ha) like one of the news links. Sorry, but right now finding it would be a little time-consuming.
