Hey Floh .... :)

Thanks for passing on the (ehem) latest...

Scuze me - BUT - the dog was suffering a sore head and side? Was it taken to a vet? Y'know, I maintain my belief that, as Meredith was (IMO) 'set-up' to find the body, maybe there is someone out there subtly trying to constantly put Meredith's words, actions and testimony under a microscope.

Meredith saud the dog was 'freaking out'. For Just the facts to continued to advise: "Meredith had a key, Meredith would have made sure she called by in accordance to her schedule; Meredith said it was a fax - it wasn't, it was a print-out. .. . Meredith this, Meredith that.... ".

This statement, if tru, would mean the dog would have been whining. It was 'freaking out'. The more these posts come in - the more I just roll me eyes.

Spinning to create a reasonable doubt that Meredith should be investigated, not Jason. However: JASON YOUNG WAS THE ONLY ONE to have a Judge issue probable cause and request him to submit to all requirements. Everybody else did so immediately and willingly...

JMHO, as always :)

Has just the facts been posting to skew people's view of Meredith? :waitasec: just that i haven't spotted anything, but there have been sooo many posts to date which haven't been hard, er, facts, as such, have they?

FWIW - I had a brief, well not so brief, exchange with jtf and quite honestly the conversation raised alot of red flags for me. Entirely too much protesting and too much "me", and entirely too defensive. Also comments about knowing the area where the accident occured - either this is someone way inside or it is someone darned well determined to issue statements deflecting attention, or both. They claim their silence is due to grief and suffering yet they are on a very public forum subjected to slings of arrows and keep on posting as long as people ask what they have defined as reasonable to answer but unwilling to "entertain" any other possibility. JMO - I'm not buying it.

Hey charlie

E-yup. Me too. Everything you said :)

i didn't know there was a "holiday board" over at ctv...might have to check it out.....& that's very interesting, Floh....IF it's the case about the dog....hmmm, who would know that the dog was old & arthritic??...hmmmm, poor dog:(

The board is under: Courttv.com Message Boards

then move on to > THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY FORUM

from there you will find a thread regarding Michelle.

the dog was a 'ring bearer' for Jason and Michelle's wedding. i don't know whose dog he was originally, nor how old he is.

well, it wouldn't surprise me that the dog was freaking out, when Meredith got there....think about it...there's been an attack on his/her 'master'...there's a child there alone now...the dog may have been kicked around a bit...if the murder happened around 2 am...maybe even 3 am, that would make HOURS that the poor dog & little Cassidy were in the house alone....i have no doubt that dog was freaking out when he heard someone coming up the driveway & entering the house...bless that poor dog's heart:(

OH, & something else....IF it's the case that the dog would try it's best to protect his/her family, then IMO, it's possible that the dog woke Cassidy up during the attack......

I'm hearing you loud and clear, raisincharlie. i'm not taking what jtf is saying as verbatum at all. just it has caught my interest in this drought of news about Michelle's murder.

Yes, imo, Floh. I really keep sensing this side-swipe.

Very subliminal, imo. Meredith is mentioned in just about every post - "every innocently" - but reading in between the lines, the message has a sinister reveal about it. I don't read any of those posts - all condemn media and LE and yet, as we're all witness to: VERY LITTLE is coming out and LE have ESPECIALLY not advised a suspect. Now - this appears a subtle view on Meredith's testimony about the dog. I've had dogs all my life; rescued enough and did 'domestic' dog training. To say "The dog had a sore head and side" is almost preposterous. (Did the dog ask for a Tylenol, perhaps? )

i don't know about "just the facts", but the other name CC 'concernedcitiz' is, from everything i've read...now i haven't read everything over there though, but there's SO many over there that are "in the know"...it's just hard to say, so i read & take some of the info in & some i don't even take into consideration.....

I know ! And I certainly am not trying to persuade you one way or the other. It could be true for all I know, which isn't much.

well, hmmmm.....couldn't they tell that the dog may have been kicked or hit, by patting him on the head...maybe he won't let anyone rub is head now....maybe when someone goes to rub him or pat him, he whines or moves away?....we had a dog once ... he got into a fight w/another dog, & when i tried to rub him lightly down his back to soothe him, he whined & drew away from me....i had rubbed a place that must have been sore to the touch......

oh gosh, it's hard to say with SO many rumors over there at ctv....

close - did you ever hear/read the book about Sister Paula - who brought dogs to correctional services in USA to give female inmates 'direction' and a reason to contribute back to society? This doubled up to the demand by folks with special needs. Well, after a looooooooong story (heartbreaking - fantastic true story) ... these dogs PROVED that they were able to sense when one woman, an epileptic, was going to have a fit - BEFORE the epilepsy symptoms came on to humans.

Also: animals/ ogs can tell thurnderstorms long before they 'hit' ground; they're know to yelp and whine LONG before earthquakes; look at the animals that were able to flee the Tusnami and the reports of how these animals 'went berserk'; a separate incident - one dog saved his blind master's life from a stroke by bringing the cordless to his 'master' and yelping. As incrdible as this sounds, it is true ... the guy started to feel unwell with pains, he managed to call emergency, mumble and then left the phone on the sofa. The emergency op heard the dog yelping and immediately sent police and an ambulance - they got there in time.

Stories abound how the Young's dog was very much part of the household; took the wedding rings down the aisle. This wa a cherished, loved and well cared for animal. He/she would have been protective of Michelle - I can quite understand the dog 'freaking out' until someone came.

There's no such thing as a bad dog; there are bad owners.

This latest entry by jtf continues an agenda: nothing more, IMO! (Sorry so long ... but doggies are my heart, lol!)

Honesty, I could be very far off base on this but what I took from the conversation is it really isn't all related to the media per se. Way too indignate for a person who wants the truth known and the crime solved - the press can be very powerful and useful if used correctly. Me thinks (dangerous) there have been some questions asked by LE that don't necessarily reflect well on a certain person...JMO.

YES ! All you say is absolutely, unequivocally valid - definitely can happen. MY (headache and sore side) issue is how jtf and a-n-other ... continue with these little tid-bits when it's clear the tide is not turning for them.

3 weeks later this is revealed?

What will they say in 2 months time?

This would have been included in the first "Jason is sweet, wonderful, pure, innocent... la-la-la...." epistle that was cut/pasted across most forums and blogs.

After all <<<ehem, she says, gently scratching the back of her neck and casting her eyes back over her shoulder>>> this person has 'very clear lines of communication and knows the details, the full story'. Really??? Who says?? Jason??? uh-huh. Oh-----kayyyy.

Nope, nada, zippo-dippo, zilch, squilch. Me no swallow.

Lol :)

just the facts = just an agenda

Yeah, I like that. lol

Oh please. If JTF had any insider information to this, there would be more than just talk about the poor dog. GMAB.

If the dog from the "memories" picture (licking little baby Cassidy) is the same dog that is being discussed, he or she was an old dog, IMO. That picture is about 1 to 1.5 yrs old too. Poor doggie.

Yes, and as time (to us) drags on - even we rre wondering and desperate for news! Can you imagine what the same silence may be doing to the Jasonites? So, to while away time - "let's bait some real live hooks and chase the piranha on this case around the pond. Merdith found the body ... ".

MAY-be ... Meredith told LE JY had called to say there was a fax. When (example: speculation only) NO fax appeared - this may have looked like Meredith was lying. Maybe this whole ridiculous, blurry fax story was part of Meredith's (planned) lies to LE.

Imagine, then ... this little skit:

JY may have said: "I'm sorry, officer? What was she there for? A faxxxx? Oh, no sir. It was a print out I had someplace on my desk...

He says/she says.

If someone is going to do this - then they planned it out with every thought about DNA, POI, time of death ... opportunity, access, the works. So ... who best to nail it on? WHO would have been against him if a divorce or marital probs arose? MY's family. WHO lives alone, in unmarried and may have no reasonable alibi? WHO ... would have a key, access - and be determined as a POI??? MY's sister.

I think this JY character started a plan and is working systematically though it.

JMO ... Well, I'd rather debate and toss ideas on FACTS as published - than talk about a dog's supposed migraine that he/she allegedly had 3 weeks ago.

NUFFIN DOIN ! <<<folds arms; nose in air>>>>

:D

Heyyyy, Taximom! :)

I truly believe this sudden rush of 'insiders' are on a mission: Agenda Impossible, actually.

You're right - the dog was up close, personal and warm with Cassie. This dog was loved, was part of the family, was a great source of comfort and security to Michelle and her baby dau (as well as Jason) ... this dog would have reacted somehow!

(I was supposed to be here for 10 mins ... now look at me! Tsk Tsk ... LOL)

ssshhh - I'm trying to see how the press is wrongly accusing the guy holed up in the Miami Herald....:D

As I alway say, very interesting thoughts here! Hope you are all sitting a bit further away from your computers this morning. ;)

I agree with you about the possibility a suspicious light is being cast on Meredith. I even started to consider the facts about her. I do remember one specific statement made by one of these insiders, can't remember who said it, but it made what Meredith say look untrue.

I think it was Meredith that said there were bloody little footprints throughout the house. I know in the 911 tape she didn't specify they were only in the master bedroom. Then that fact was corrected to say the prints were only in the bedroom.

Correct me if I am wrong, as it could have come from a news report the prints were everywhere in the house. But to change this fact, someone is trying to tell us they have either been in the house to see this or have been told this directly or through the grapevine that they were only in the bedroom.

I don't believe them either and only think there is an agenda to support Jason from suspiscion.

OK, just read over 'there'....JTF states, in no uncertain terms, that the accident was in May 2006....AND that Michelle was pregnant at the time...during an exam the Dr found that the baby/fetus had stopped growing & an abortion was done.....she was given the go ahead to get pregnant again, & did so, immediately......wow, hmmmmmm then she's killed with this next child inside her...........

i dont know about yall, & i'm probably wrong, but i think JTF is a very dear friend JY's family....jmo

i think we'll find out that Cassidy's bloody footprints WERE all over the house, just like Meredith said in the 911 call....i just can't believe that she didn't go downstairs to look for Daddy...but i could be wrong....i put full faith in everything Meredith said in that call....course some of the things she said MIGHT be a 'hair' off, due to her obvious panic in finding her dead sister's body.....
