still wondering where Packfan is...??
Still here close, been travelling. It's a shame that I have to work. I've got so many things I'd rather be doing.

Thanks Fran for the latest.

I guess I didn't miss much the last couple days.

The Picture in Frans post of MM is very dark on my computer. Is it dark for anybody else?

Just wanted to add - When reading over at CTV today, I think it was RPD who said it was odd that JY was scheduled to stay at his parents on the Saturday nite. That was the BIG Homecoming Game and JY was apparently a "HUGE Wolfpack fan".

If he was that big of a fan, you'd think he would have planned to high-tail it back to Raleigh after the meeting.

I knew I had read in the beginning that he had planned a weekend trip to his parents. It was reported that way as it was also made to sound like the business trip somehow took him to that area and then we heard Va. from ctv posters. We had wondered why Michele and Cassidy weren't included especially after finding out the business trip most likely didn't make it a conveniece visit. I also pondered how it fit with the amount of luggage he took.

When all is said and done there is imo gonna be a lot of circumstantial evidence piled up. What I find troubling right now is certain aspects look premeditated whereas others look like after the fact coverups.

there you are:)

sooooo, any thoughts about all this new info that's busted loose??...i know there may be things you don't want to share, & that's cool, but anything that you WANT to share would be appreciated....i remember one of your first posts about the "scrapbook", so it's obvious you're SOMEWHAT of a 'real' insider, so to speak:)

even if you don't want to share anything, we still want you here!!!...lol

you know the area & all, & that comes in very handy for us :)

I think these are excellent deductions Close. FWIW - I think he parked right in the driveway - no one would think anything of it that night and if questioned later - if they knew he was supposedly on a business trip they would just think they saw it some other night as obviously the neighborhod thought they were such a nice couple with no problems. JMO

I agree about the 11 pm call - made from a cell phone it would show up in VA if he was just across the line. VA is the closest out of state location that would allow this immediate turn around to get back. What I think will be interesting is the messages left on the answering machine - I have an idea he did not speak with MY at 11 pm however, there may be one of those sickly messages on the machine (I'm thinking she took a shower after the friend left, thus missing the call - he would know her habits). JMO

good point RC....he could just simply deny that his car was in the driveway & his defense would be that the delivery guy just made a mistake on what day he saw the SUV in the driveway.....

i think you're right, strach..i think circumstantial evidence will end up being overwhelming.....would be great if there's some good forensic evidence...

Me too!!! Would be great if Pack Pan stayed a while. I enjoyed PF's posts and insights - and a new member 'on the scene' would be a great Christmas Present for us and a good fellow-poster!!

JMO ... :D

Yeah, still here guys, I've got a lot of catching up to do, been out of town since Friday morning. To say the least, I'm in disbelief about recent developments and still holding on the slightest thread of belief that the "relationship" was strictly emotional. To clarify, not surprised about the girlfriend, only the person.

I'm not commenting on the "affair" until I am certain that this is true.

understandable, Pack!

but i HAVE to admit, i think it's a little strange to talk to a married man on a daily basis, either by emails or phone calls, for 3 months...emotional or not...don't get wrong, i DO have a couple of very good male friends who are like girlfriends...neither is married though, but they've been very good 'sounding boards' for me in the past....

just seems that "daily basis for 3 months" is a little strange, but maybe that's just me??

Oh, good that you're hanging around, Pack-Fan

And .... as for the affair, well: stranger things have happened. D.you think it's not so? I wouldn't be able to comment other than LE approached them and told the husband in front of the other friends - I'll take a wild shot that they wouldn't have risked such a statement, especially not so openly, in the face of a murder investigation. If it wasn't true, LE may either be sued for a fortune or severley damage their case - but this is JMHO.

It's crazy, but often it's the person you "least expect" to do something - comes and pulls the carpet out from under you.

As for me, personally, that is .... I anticipated women from the get-go; and am actually wondering when other dallainces will come to light. I feel JY is a 'player'. A selfish one, lol ... but all MHO

Agreed that is excessive if that is the case. I ASSUMED, not an ounce of fact here, that the "daily contact" would have been from that home computer. My s.o. and I both use one "home" email account so it could have included contact from both my and jy. Not necessarily that she had daily contact with jy but with jy OR my. That would not suprise me in the least.

I am having some serious doubts on jy, psa. You are starting to wear me down. Not that I don't believe that it "affair" could possibly be true, I am willing to give mm the benefit of the doubt until I can find out for myself. I'll try to comment later.

Hey, where did you get the info about telling the husband in front of the other friends? I haven't seen this anywhere but haven't been keeping up over the weekend either.

pack fan,

glad you are back and I see you are trying to catch up. A bit of assistance, if I may, from the search warrants, which are linked to WRAL in the search warrant thread please note the following excerpt word for word from the 30 November warrant under probable cause:

"In the course of the investigation, we discovered the victim's husband Jason Young has had a relationship with Michelle Money of Ocoee Florida. The past three months Jason Young and Michelle Money have corresponded frequently. In an interview with Michelle Money, she confirmed that she corresponded by phone and email to Jason Young almost daily."

Hope this helps...

OK, this is where rumor comes in....this was posted over at ctv by someone who claims to be good friends with one of the sorority sisters...they claim that MM's husband was also there, when LE served the search warrant....

Thanks for the info close and rc. I saw the warrants Thursday, just overlooked that statement.

I don't guess it is really all that important that he was there when the warrant was served. The thing that stuck out to me was the statement that psa said "in front of the other friends". It was a coincidence that ES was at the house. It is not true that ES lives with or nearby the moneys. And there are not any other friends in the area (not within the college group). Really a meaningless point I suppose, ignore my rambling.....
