 That's Charlies memory from years gone by. LOL LOL She is THE rainbow colored dragon! :D

But you're right, I can be very cheeky when I want to burst out laughing. ;)

In Shinto humans become kami after they die and are revered by their families as ancestral kami. The kami of extraordinary people are even enshrined at some shrines. The Sun Goddess Amaterasu is considered Shinto's most important kami.
Kami are sacred spirits which take the form of things and concepts important to life, such as wind, rain, mountains, trees, rivers and fertility. I suppose my memory of the rainbow colored dragon comes from long ago when I existed as wind.

Lol, Boodie Boy is a prison term so you can guess yourself on that one. They can be gay or bisexual. Boodie girls are straight but like what boodie boys like.

What country are you from again? :D
I like Scandi's Boodie, that's cute.

Ahhhh Charlie, how interesting. Lordie Do, first thing you have to do is learn all the strange sounding names! Was that when you met your wife? Was she Fire? Love it!

You know in the Buddist faith there is something like that too, but you have to make a trek and conquor your goal to become subliminal and enshrined in grace with Budda {sp}.

I did know a great story about that - whoops, they were in India so that would be Hindu, right? Anyway an American girl in her travels to India met up with an old man . . . . {Have you heard that story?}

No, I have not heard the story. I know little of the Buddhist faith actually as it is in death only that it is important. The Buddha is viewed as another Kami. The Kami bear little resemblance to gods expressed in monotheistic religions. There are no concepts which compare to the Christian beliefs in the wrath of God, or the separation of God from humanity due to sin, or his omnipotence and omni-presence. My wife would have been rain IMO.

Well Charlie, wind and rain do make music together, oh, and the sounds are wild. Right now that is exactly what I have going on outside, a storm, and the wind is taking the rain and twirling it around in circles, and then you hear it roaring real low and it suddenly bellows up into a kind of like great laughter from way deep down somewhere,

The jist of the story, which is all I remember after all these years, is the old man tells her if he could teach her how to have eternal life so she would always be at peace and never have any worries, he would. The only thing she would have to do is give up her previous life and all of her friends and family. After traveling down the river with him she looks over and tells him she will take her chance with what she will behold in the future, but would never choose eternal life if she had to do without her friends, and so would go back to America.

Now you guys got me wondering which is it :waitasec:
Wouldn't surprise me if they pulled some males out of the closet here, something that happened in the Laci case too.

Interesting story, there are similar ones in the Kojiki - fascinating reads.

Seriously Scrach, I think it would have to be someone not looked at in that light that you would never expect. A friend maybe. To me it is such an unknown phenom, but I do know that there are many married men who still have hidden lives like this.

I know who I would guess but don't want to say, but think you would guess the same person too! :D

Just made the daily checks of the area media outlets and other resources. Nothing mentioned about the case yet. However, I think there is a possibility that JYs job is toasted:

Not sure by any means but...I sure would like to see a search warrant on that SUV, very curious about a lap top that most likely belongs to ChartOne.

It does appear the company is looking for a new Area Manager! He'd only been with that company for three months, and doubt he's getting much work done now.

Lots of thoughts last night about the wedding photos, etc.... I have completely changed my thoughts on how this all played out. I have been struggling with the fact that she was BRUTALLY beaten over the head and left to die. This would not normally mean that it was planned before hand, imo.

I think the business trip is completely legit and he had no intentions of killing my when he left the house. I think we can all agree that he was a lousy husband with the cheating but seems to me he had the best of both worlds living with my. He had my a wife who made good money, got to see his little girl everyday, and was still playing the field. If he could keep his adulterous ways a secret, I would think in his mind, he was happy as could be and had no reason to want out of the marriage. I just don't buy the motive being financial reasons.

I think that my and jy had a arguement the day that she was murdered but I think that it was after he was away and not before he left as previously mentioned. Everything would have been fine for the evening while watching GA. Imo, my discovered the affair or affairs after the friend left and was furious. She called Jy to confront him and they really got into it. I think JY just lost it when he found out that his game was up. He had a lot to lose by my finding out. He was going to lose at least partial custody of Cassidy, dividing assets, good name with family and friends, etc, etc, etc.

You actually may be on to something, if Jason is the perpetrator. She was on the phone with him at 11:00pm, wasn't she? So yes, they could've had an argument then and he could've turned around and gone home, did the deed, and still fit in with the midnight- 6:00am timeframe established by LE/ME.

pack fan,

Thanks for your thoughts. I have a question that I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on. Do you think it is realistic to have a business meeting in VA (I reference VA only because Rhett Fussell is quoted as saying that is where it was), then drive to Brevard (which is as far of a drive time wise as from Raleigh) to spend the night with his folks and then return to Raleigh on Saturday to catch the 7 pm Homecoming football game at NCSU ?

I have to tell you, this scenario just hangs me up. I can buy the business meeting, not necessarily in VA however because of the distance to his folks home. I can buy going to the folks because perhaps it was a special occasion, however none of the friends and family who have posted on the forums have indicated this to be the case. I can buy spending the evening with his parents and returning Saturday for the football game, if his business meeting was actually in the area of his folks home. I have a lot of trouble with the first paragraph. Any thoughts, perhaps I have missed something ?

This theory just makes sense to me but please feel free to criticize harshly. I came up with this after reading posts last night and I will reserve the right to change my mind, lol. Hearing all sorts of ideas makes me think harder so please, let me have it :slap: .

Well, Fussell also mentioned the luggage. Now this was right after the funeral I think, his post at CTV, and at that point I don't think he had any idea how his words would be taken for salt and most likely even drew further attention by LE. The rumor that he rented a motel room 1/2 hour from his house, I don't know which friend said that.

Adding these things to the picture that is purely speculation with prompring from friends of his, I think it was premeditated. I think the fight they had was the day before, on Wed. She told him to get out and was going to see an attny about a divorce. At least a seperation. So he had his bags all packed and left before the friend got there, which is why he went to Brevard to tell his folks and put his things in his old room. LOL If the 11 o'clock call is true, words could have been said that totally angered him beyond reason, and he drove back to kill her. It might have been when he was packjing his bags that he decided to kill her. That makes sense to me, I don't know about the motel, but it sure would have saved a lot of extra driving!~

I mentioned my theory on this last night RC, which might explain it. In my scenario the business trip was legit so maybe it was in Va. and we do have to consider that he would want to be home for the game so I think the trip to his parents (1st rumored to be in line w/business) is the after the crime last minute thought to keep him out of town and provide additional alibi after the fact. I'm pretty sure they aren't talking to LE either and adds that little extra reason for the step-father to get an attorney right away imo.

Did you read the disclaimer? Just kidding, I want to know if there are holes in my story although I was hoping it would take you all a bit longer to find them:doh: .....

That is a bit odd rc. Here are some initial thoughts (even though I don't buy all of them myself, I will throw them out there) but I'm going to give this some consideration.....

1. Rhett Fussell is wrong.
2. He travels all the time and doesn't mind the driving.
3. Wasn't going to the game.
4. Had a meeting with another female near the parents.
5. Special event in Brevard or just hasn't been there for a while.

I'm having a hard time believing that this was planned in advance because of the way she was killed. Simple as that. I am working around the fact that it was a "crime of passion" and I may be completely off the mark. They were married and she pissed him off. Well you eventually cool off. I think something happened that night after he left that really set him off to be able to murder her this way. I'm going to give it some thought and as always, I reserve the right to change my mind.

BTW, thanks for the input....
