Hahahahaha Hey, when I get excited...I eat!!! LOL I just had two grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast. Gotta keep up my strength for when they catch this guy, ya know! >wink<

Yes, you would have to show identification for purchasing a bus ticket. It is standard. If he took off via bus on Thursday night...they weren't looking for him. He could have had someone else purchase a ticket for him later. (Pay a homeless person ten bucks to do it or something.)

I was just wondering if any of my thrown out theories are possible. Even a "hey littledeer" your dumb would suffice! LOL

Yes, I had also heard that her ATM card had been used. I also recall the account had $400.00 in it but no withdrawal had been made.

400 total? Could that be why if it was "her" that bought the bus ticket?

IE - It's xmas time, if she went to purchase it that day, it would have been a last minute flight...Maybe she didn't have enough money for one?

I know that when a friend was going to fly up at xmas time...We all passed because the fare was SO MUCH more xpensive...we waited till after xmas, got her tickets and saved close to 400 dollars!

LOL and no LD you're not dumb...maybe silly..but never dumb =) I think we all have so many thoughts popping into our heads, that we're trying to get them down as fast as possible before they get lost by other thoughts crowding them out LOL!

766.69 miles I drove this in 9 hours flat. Per mapquest is says 12 hours.

tks Indy, now since he had a 8 hr start and it's been 48 hrs now right?
Could do a lot of driving..

Indy:

LOL. Well I would say the same to you, but don't want Jewel traveling all over the country side! :)
I do now too...LOLOLOL Love my food

SS is all you eat GC sandwiches? LOL

SS:

So did he use his own id or steal someone's? I would think if he used his own, that LE could track that down and see where it was purchased at and get the information to where he is going??

  • #206
Yes, they have to unboard and board passengers at hubs across the US, plus drivers are only allowed to drive 8 hours (if I am not mistaken) so they have to change drivers, and they do have layovers. If he had reboarded a bus...they would already have him in custody.

Do you have to show your tix/ID to get back on a bus though? (Sorry to sound ignorant, just not a method of travel I've tried out nor researched)

My line of thought with that question, is, if he didn't have to, or IF he was dressed in uniform, would someone really press the issue?

And sorry to say, BUt to me? Most people in Military Uniform look ALL the same to me...unless I know them personally, and know certain features, or they have something that "really" sticks out.

Good Morning, on one of the news channels I've watched so many, media ask a rep. of LE if Cpl. 🤬🤬🤬 would be charged with 2 counts of murder because of baby. No, it seems in North Carolina the baby would have had to draw breath on it's own. Also Sheriff informed public to not approach suspect after what he saw when the luminol was sprayed he blieves suspect can become very violent, no kidding. Sorry info has been posted already.

Does that answer the question?

I have just had a recent "thing" for grilled cheese. LOL

I think you just show em your boarding pass and not ID. I would think he would NOT wear his military uniform or make it known he was a marine. First, it has his name on it and secondly...he is trying to hide.

Is it for sure where he was sighted? Shreveport or Florida? Hubby and I were discussing this when it first happened and we both said, "what do you want to bet he ends up in Florida"? Seems like everyone always ends up in Florida somehow. Makes us look bad! Is it confirmed that he took a bus? I can't imagine that they wouldn't have had him by now if he was on a bus. He probably wasn't in uniform. I would seriously doubt it. Even though there are lots of soldiers walking around in uniform, I wouldn't think he would in this case. As someone said earlier, a person does look different in uniform compared to civvies.

THESE ARE THE SAME QUESTIONS/THEORIES I'VE BANDIED ABOUT SO FAR.

I'm currently reading the CNN transcripts, so forgive me if this has already been discussed elsewhere -

It states that he hired 3 attorneys quietly and skipped @ 4am.

Does this mean he hired the attorneys BEFORE he skipped (like, middle of the night?) I thought I recalled hearing he already had a lawyer or two? WHere does the 3rd come in? Can you hire an attorney in the middle of the night? If so, Not to be rude, but do Military members make that kind of money? I would think it wouldn't be cheap to retain someone, of a case of this caliber, the charges pending etc. If I"m recalling the amount that certain ranks are paid, combined w/ having a small child, regular bills and stuff...well...I think ya'll know where I'm going with this one?

Also, if he truly left at 4am. How did the wife NOT KNOW? I'm sorry, if hubby or the kiddos gets up in the middle of the night. I"M UP in the middle of the night. Yes, I may go right back to bed....But I'm assuming that this guy didn't just up and walk out the house w/o a word said. And IF that did occur well, if it was me, you'd better believe I'd be asking him WTF did he think he was going LOL>

I'm just wondering if wifey and him were not up all night "discussing" what to do, she gives him a headstart of about 4 hours. Their kiddo wakes up, and she decides to "start the day"

Think about it just for a second...It's the WEEKEND - no courts are usually open, I know here the joke is that you do bad stuff(Small scale, speeding, having bonfires etc) on the weekends, because the "big wigs" are not in, and the force is usually running at a minimum. Any chance this might have come into play?

A sighting has been confirmed. If the sighting in Louisiana is the SAME sighting...we don't know.

  • #217
BM My gut is telling me they are closing in on him now!!!

  • #218
Has it been mentioned yet that his truck has been found anywhere?
