I wish you would stay. Sometimes, us posters post and how one reads it is not what was meant or intended.

It's obvious if the LE took your friend's statement that she had a credible spotting of the truck in question with possibly the 🤬🤬🤬 in it. I think what the poster meant was it was hard to beleive that he would still be in the general area if they believed he left either Thursday night or early Friday morning.

What really made me go Bingo, was the fact it was a 4 door truck and not a 2 door. Thank your friend for having the guts to talk to LE about her sighting. Too many people these days would rather not get involved.

"... I'm refering to what the Dad said, 'He met with Caesar and they discussed the events and he really wanted to believe him.' ...."

I took this to mean that Dad met 🤬🤬🤬 during the charges and accusations of rape. 🤬🤬🤬 probably gave Dad (is it Dad-in-law?) a big ol' sob story about how the charges are false, that the baby isn't his, that the girl is mentally ill, blah blah blah...

And Dad said he "really wanted to believe him."

I missed that. Don't stop posting! I think it's very possible that your friend saw him. Especially since it is so close to where the ATM card was found.

I missed that too. Please don't stop posting!

How in the Hades do they know when Maria was killed? Even LE is working under assumptions of actual time of murder. So how do they know she was at work during the murder? This is way too revealing to me. Everything coming out now I'm reading from her father is CYA.

Your right, how do they know that. It didn't occur to me then, now it does!

I'm not above to admitting that I was wrong. Not sure that I would eat crow though. :)

How about if I cut off some of my antlers?

Thanx, SuziQ... it's been bothering me.

I've also been wondering if he didn't have a "Tiffany" to help him.
(wasn't that the name of the Cob's helper/accomplice?)

yep, & Cutts had his helper, Myisha (sp)

I know that now, in the big scheme of things, the rape charge is Minor (sentencing wise) compared to what they are up against BUT - can they still obtain DNA on Gabrielle, and still charge him w/ rape...Would His (🤬🤬🤬') Dna be on file being in the military?

*graphic maybe for some* Is there a point when a body "is too far gone" to obtain dna? But if they can find his fist then surely they've recovered enough to do further testing yes? Part of it is for selfish reasons, some have stated that baby killers are not well liked in Prison, I imagine others knowing you killed your own unborn child who was very close to being born, makes you fare a bit worse (Hopefully, having fingers crossed)*

Sorry if it's been answered in one of the other threads..but I couldn't recall seeing it..

Graphic alert!
It's actually very hard to completely burn (cremate) a body. There should be plenty especially internal tissues to test.

No disrespect to you, but you wait until Jewel is born!!! Trust me, your front yard days are gone if you have a back yard that is fenced in!!
Their backyard doesn't look to be in the condition you would let an 18 month old play in. The pool, close to the house is where I would think IF they had a BarBQ would have taken place, the pit is to the back of the yard.

Why is it ALL the news stations have to cover politics and the primaries?
Can't they agree to take turns, while at least 1 of them covers this case?

I always hate this hour, between NG and Greta when there's an important true crime case. That is unless LKL is covering it, too. Looks like he isn't covering it tonight, though.

Guess I'll take some more ornaments off the tree.

did Nancy Grace not discuss this case tonight?...hubby's watching a movie, but i get the TV for Greta at 9..

Cesar and very possibly his wife were certainly able to rise up a lynch mob to do their dirty work. Which is a creepy thought when you consider guests being at the BBQ. Who were the guests?

I'm just ill over this. Anyone who even had a hint of what was done to her and kept silent should fry. I'm pretty sure that this will break open, though, and some will pay dearly. The brig in Charleston is not a pleasant place at all.

You're so right SQ, and the body was intact enough to be lifted out, and wrapped.

I gotcha, that makes sense. I'm reasonable. I took it to mean you know, the events laurean described in the note left behind and then leaving. I didn't see the interview, so I can only go by what's linked and brought over onto here to read.

Well this even convinces me further about the wife's involvement, being now the entire family has been discussing the criminal charges, rape and you know the consequences of what will happen. So this has been brewing in the family dynamics with Christina, just makes me more convinced.

Thank you sweetie for pointing this out to me, it's definately believable with what we have to go on.

Thanks Hon!:blowkiss: Do you (or anyone else for that matter lol) think that's something that will be done during autopsy? Or is that they have enough of him if they can get him back here, they don't need to pursue those charges any longer? (I still think they do...but I've seen where they will drop the "least of the evils" to get a full conviction etc on the "big fish" charge if that makes sense?)

Dna on Maria will be done for identification. Same for the baby to see who the father is. And if Federal charges are filed. That would be enough for two counts of murder.

There are two jurisdictions. The murder is a civilian criminal case, but the rape is a military criminal case. No way either one is going to drop their case, I don't think. Unless he gets the DP, maybe, for the murder.
