Stupid freakin' FOX NEWS cut the press conf right when it was getting good. Did anyone else hear that Maria left a note behind saying she couldn't handle the Marine life? Or something about changing the status at some point on who the father of her baby might be????

That would have been a whole lot easier to look for than trying to read a tag number yes?

I wonder if Maria really wrote that note? Or if she did, if laurean was at her house with a knife to her throat or something and made her write it and then took her to his house and killed her? Think about it Darling. She was getting ready to give birth, which means she would have maternity leave. A break, vacation from the military coming up real soon. It's possible she wrote it, but I don't believe so, because we now know she was in the care, custody and control of laurean and possibly xtina, which just don't know if xtina was in contact with her alive, or as we know she was around her dead corpse in the home.

Am I understanding correctly, that Maria may have found out and possibly conceded the baby wasn't Laureans per the military guy giving the presser?

If so, wow.

Thanks. I actually updated my post with accurate information. I was going crazy because posters were mixing up Christina and Maria and saying that Christina's father was the military person. I researched Maria's Dad. His name is Victor.

Was the red writing ever noted in the Pressers about his truck? Surely Xtina had to know the writing was there! Why not mention it? Because it would bring attention to him...of course, JMO!

As of Friday, NCIS still did not think Maria was anything but UA.

Cell phone info (how/where it was found), both atm withdrawals, bus ticket purchase, Maria's vehicle found at the bus station was given to NCIS on 1/9/08. He seems to be using that as the excuse for not taking her missing more seriously.

ACK! Not having the news conference is messing with me. JDB which note are you referring to? The note he wrote his wife or the note Maria left claiming she couldn't handle the situation.

I understand her being under a lot of stress, but leaving ... uh no way ... she was expecting a baby and had all her medical care taken care of through the Marines. No way would she leave!

Yes, he said she left a note that stated that she could not take marine life anymore so she was leaving. Also stated that on November 5th when she was reinterviewed by trial councl she readjusted her statement and told them that her pregnancy was not a result of the rape. She still maintained that he raped her.
