Well JT said "across to the neighbours", not across the street so I'm still confused as to whether he meant across the street or across the driveway.

But I think In Da Middle mentioned something about a neighbour from across the street being outside after hearing the ruckus and that's who he ran to?

I hope she can come in here and verify this.

WildBS is the one I heard saying across the street. It was on JJP and he talked raidfire, but was trying to bolster the lights being turned off by adding that the neighbors employ a code, if the lights are off, don't come over.
That bothered me. I can't imagine any neighbor of mine needing a code. Sorry, sounds like drugs.

ETA: This is where the "The lights were out at 11:30" came from.

Is it in fact from one of the missing cell phones? Maybe it was from JI's cell phone? Wild speculation......could he have called her to make plans to meet her? Didn't he say something along the lines of "somebody that has been cheated on...." when asked who could of done this?

To jump off of this, the whole business about DB not being concerned that he didn't come home until 3:30 or 3:45 in the am doesn't ring true. MAYBE, when he got home, she was extremely angry, they fought, and then something happened. Wild speculation again.

It is possible that MW's phone number is very close to someone else's phone number and the numbers were transposed when dialing. I'd be curious to compare the numbers of the 3 missing phones to MW's phone.

I also think when she said she didn't know who answered, it could have meant that she didn't know who was on the other end and answered when she picked up the phone and said Hello.

That's the only scenario I could think of....but does MW not say the call was answered? That she doesn't know who answered the call? Maybe she was just nervous (or again, maybe I'm not hearing correctly). Then she also mentions it going to voicemail (my understanding anyway).

Pocket dialing at that hour of the morning, to me, would tend to bolster up the stolen-phone scenario (but it would be one of the few details we've heard that would).

I'd like to hear this woman tell her story again...sitting down, deep breaths beforehand. I think some of the conflicting info she's giving is due to having a microphone stuck in her face.

The bottom line here...
Someone didnt pocket dial someone on this phone, and yuo know these phones had to still be pinging up until 2:30am so given the fact that LE must have looked at the ping history on these phones, it's safe to say Baby Lisa wasnt kidnapped or (something else) until up around that time.

If these phones continued to ping after this call, LE would have other areas it would be searching for these cell phones.

It could also be that the phone records just came back. I've seen a couple of times watching cases on "The First 48" where it can take around a month for the cell phone records to come back. I'm not sure about the ping data. I know they can look at a ping when it's in progress so maybe when they went to ping the phones when they first attempted to which was probably Oct 4, they werent responding. It makes me wonder if that's why they searched the pond they searched yesterday, or if they searched it simply because 1: it was across the street where they purchased the wine or 2: its between their current residence and the location they are staying at now.

IIRC, that was mentioned in the search warrants. I can't remember the exact wording. Just an old phone in a drawer.

KCPD is still holding Johnny "Jersey" Tanko on $10k bond for violation of the terms of his probation. Most modern probation orders include language that the defendant will provide DNA samples upon request.
Tanko used to stay with "his buddy" who lived across the street from the Irwins. His girlfriend was evicted for nonpayment of rent according to her landlord.

No, the former landlord lives very near the abandoned house that was torn down after its cistern was searched.

FWIW, I don't think the time of the call to MW has been reported. There was a rumor early on that there was a call made at 2:30, but it was never confirmed by MSM.

I think in the report they said the cal was made the morning when Lisa was reported missing so anythime after midnight I guess. I really want to know if the MW is connected to the family?
