Search underway in White Tank Mountains after vehicle found possibly linked to missing person
WADDELL, AZ (AZFamily) — Deputies are searching an area at White Tank Mountain Regional Park after a vehicle was found that possibly belonged to a missing person.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call Thursday at 12:30 p.m. about a vehicle parked in the lot for a while. According to MCSO, no one was inside the vehicle.
The sheriff’s office said the vehicle possibly belonged to a person who had been missing.
Deputies are currently searching near the campgrounds at White Tank Mountain Park.
