I'd sue this guy RIGHT NOW no matter how subtle and philosophical he thinks he is and how good his intentions (he THINKS) are.Yeah kids suffer and kids hurt and the world is a mess,we know, still,I'd SUE his @ss for this.Sorry for even posting the pic (pls mods delete if necessary) but it's reality and IMO parents of a murdered child shouldn't allow this.

Sued, nothing! I'd like to see him horsewhipped! And you can lash LW right next to him, because I know for a fact (because one of the posters here e-mailed him about it) that he refuses to do anything about it because of "free speech." He sure has funny ideas about the 1st amendment.

This photo isn't right but I don't think JR would have a leg to stand on in regards to a lawsuit.
Every photo in the picture is a well known photo of JBR. They were released to the public for different purposes other than this kind of junk someone calls art. Once released they become public domain and anyone can do anything they want to with it.
If sued the photographer only has to claim freedom of expression in his "art"
This guy is sick but this isn't lawsuit material.

It's my opinion that he should be sued for photographing this child in this horrendous pose. And her parents as well and if this is his daughter, God help him. This is child abuse, pure and simple. First Amendment? BS
