Why then was Greene County circuit judge David Anderson considering a 3-year prison sentence for him, and it gets dropped to probation? How did he have that much leverage in a situation where he testified that he threw the rock to break in?His results are in the case file and he did pass.
Something isn't adding up. Joe is off the hook but Mike does time? Dusty, I get, he was basically just standing around or whatever--he got some shock sentencing, but why does Joe get nothing and Mike had to serve? That isn't making any sense.
Joe broke open the coffin and took out teeth. Why no jail time? Even if he snitched, there should be jail time and there wasn't. So odd.
He got less than Dusty! Dusty stood outside and the judge made an example of him and made him do a month or two in prison. Joe gets probation?? What?? They said the tiny amount of time he served before bail "was enough" yet less than what Mike got? Hmm. If I'm Mike, I'm PISSED at that.
