"Mistatements" and/or Lies by Cindy & George

What I get from CA is if she didn't see it with her own eyes, it didn't happen. KWIM?

What I get from Cindy, even if she was standing right there she still only sees what she wants to see.

If you were robbing her, she would recite everything there is to know about you starting with your date of birth, town where you were born and the doc who delivered you.

If you were robbing her fr-enemy, she was in Calif that day and never heard a thing about it until a month later when reruns of the news were playing at 2am. If it was a big time fr-enemy and a big pay out that you wanted to share, she might even claim you were in Calif with her!!!

It's a big question mark for me. We know George lied to Cindy when he said he lost money gambling. He claims he didn't want to admit he got caught up in an internet scam. I don't believe either scenario. I think he may have been into internet or prostitutes. I also think he covered for Casey at times, making excuses to Cindy on Casey's behalf. Now they are in big time cover-up mode. It's just that they do it so easily! All those lies just roll right off their tongues.

I hope they are still visiting with their pastor because if anyone ever needed spiritual counsel, they do. I wonder what he thinks. Would the pastor approve of this behavior? Surely he knows Casey told a bunch of whoppers and now mommy and daddy are backing her up and even expanding on her lies. I'm not trying to bash the pastor. I'm just wondering if they are meeting with him for appearance sake or if they are truly seeking forgiveness. I tend to think it's all for show.

I tend to agree with you on the internet /prostitution theory. IIRC, search results were found on the A's comp for certain escort services when forensics examined it.

Good lord! These folks sure know how to throw out some honkers. I don't think I've seen them tell the truth yet. and this just twists the statements even further. If I didn't know better I would think these depositions were auditions for a comedy about liars.


Pizza Pigs Etc. I can tell you exactly what a cooked pizza with processed ham etc smells like after it decomposes. It smells moldy. It doesn't even smell as strongly as a dead animal. I found a few slices my nephew crammed under my car seat cushion months ago. Stop debating it for months, throw a freaking slice in your car trunk, and find out if you can mistake it for a dead body. :hand:

What about GA saying he and his wife "talk daily about our daughter," yet he claims he never heard the JBP story. Then later, CA claimed she "gave KC money all the time," yet GA claimed to know NOTHING about whether or not CA gave KC any money at all ever. HUH? I thought they talked all the time....

What about CA saying that is was ok with her that KC used her credit card without her permission. Yes..I believe that this controlling woman had NO problem with KC doing that!

OMG...EVERY family member compartmentalizes the information/answers they give, thinking it makes perfect sense, when in reality, they just don't see the big picture and how contradictory things are from one question to the next. CAGA were just ridiculous.

George is either the most disconnected parent on the face of the earth or a liar, your pick. I was looking for a quote so re skimmed for the 2nd time, what a waste of time this was for everyone. He says he doesn't know to 3/4 of the questions. Then he chooses not to tell the truth on half of the questions he answered!!

The rudeness is just unacceptable. I wish the judge would find them both in contempt and tell them fly right or it's off to jail. Who told these people they are above the law??

I pick the latter!!! And my hat is off to Mr. Mitnik for keeping his cool. He reminded me of that policeman giving the outraged man a ticket...have a nice day...LOL

I respectfully disagree that this is a lie/misstatement on CA’s part. Just because she had Jessee’s number when she called after Caylee went missing does not mean she necessarily had his number from the time Caylee was a baby until she was a toddler.

Caylee’s disappearance (and wishing to do the timeline or otherwise get info or help from him) certainly was reason enough for Cindy to obtain Jessee’s number, and she could have obtained it at that time.

Why didn't CA know where the Grunds lived? Her granddaughter spent a great deal of time there. I just don't get it.

I'm not buying it. Any of it. And I still can't see how they never saw, spoke, or met ZANY and that seemed rational or normal, or even, no big deal. They had no reason to?

You are correct, she did say she gave it to LE and FBI...and then said JB had it. I think she said that because if anyone wants to reference the so called address book, they can claim it is work product for the defense, just like they tried so many times in the depos.

All this convoluted conversation gives me a great big headache. It reminds me of that shell con game. The As just keep moving around the cups with the hope that no one will discover where the truth lies.

When she stated in this depo that she had not told LE that she had 'sent' someone to look in the woods in November she was telling the truth. What she actually stated to LE is that they (the A's) 'had' someone look in the woods in November, which does not necessarily imply that at the time the search occurred that it was either with their prior knowledge or approval. Both DC and JH stated in their statements to LE that the A's were informed of the search after the event, and CA stated in her depo on Thursday (in the presence of her attorney BC) that she first leadrnt of that search whilst in BC's office in December. IMO, what she meant by the remark 'had someone search' was simply that someone who happens to be in her employ searched there in November.

Re my bold--Sorry to disagree, Devon, but there is no difference between the meaning of the phrase, "I sent my people to walk that area," and "I had my people walk that area." Both sentences indicate that you instructed your people to do something." The second sentence is simply a more colloquial version.

There's no way for CA wiggle out of this problem with semantics. She will not only have to lie, she will also have to point the finger at LE and accuse them of lying. I fear she won't hesitate to do this. It's all so revolting.

So, my question still is then, if the dog started at the drivers door, moved counterclockwise, why did it pass by the left and center of the trunk before alerting to the passenger or right side of the trunk? This is very important, I'm sure.

Scents come out different places, depending on where holes are, or leaks in gaskets, that they can get out, and depending on which way air currents are moving through the building. I have had my dog alert on a wall opposite where the sent was coming from, only to work his way back around the room to the correct place. This was because of the air currents in the room.

It really means very little, it's just the way a dog will work the scent cone.

There's lots of ways she could have gotten Jesse's number after KC was arrested, they had KC's cell phone, Lee had his number. Jesse said he got a text/or call from Geo after KC's seizure. But amazingly Zany was the only person who babysat Caylee that Cindy claims she ever had a phone number or address for! What a coincidence!! And yet amazingly Cindy never used any of the numbers or addresses to contact KC/Caylee/Zany for those 31 days!?!

Does Cindy really think people are that stupid??? That is possibly the biggest lie I've heard since Zany took Caylee....
