"Mistatements" and/or Lies by Cindy & George

I noticed that, too. It appears GA was constantly left out of the loop. I think he was living under a roof with little interaction with the women in that house with the exception of Caylee. Notice in his depo he states that the real Zanny weighted about 125-130 pounds, where CA states Zanny weighted 140 pounds (which is what KC had written in her statement). By the way, who says someone has perfect teeth??? Did KC think there was a dentist on LE's staff????

I believe George got his lines confused. He meant to say she was 25 years old, not that she weighed 125. This was my particular favorite, as it shows the level these people will sink to prove a point. It was not enough to say her birthday was not the same, her features were different. They got personal, saying things that were intended to hurt, ridicule, and demean. They wanted to drive that dagger into the hilt!

Great catch!!
I'm working on George's, then Cindy, then cross referencing. As soon as I saw this thread, I said, "Honey, I'm home!!"

I am liking this thread too....we could be here till kingdom come discecting these depos. I think it's helpfull tho to actually view them with the written transcripts because the body language with these two are a dead givaway to the fabrications. ( polite word for lies, purgered testimony)

Yes, they may have gone thru mad prepping for this day, you can see that in some of thier statements. The whole personal attack on the plaintiff's physical appearence jump right off the screen to me because of the reference to "perfect 10"....why would they used that term...both of them? I have never seen any discription of the invisi-nanny that included that term. To me it was just a demonstration of thier mentality, one that values appearance and material things more than morality and truth.

Casey paid her phone bill online using Amy's account information from the checks. The payment was first approved then denied the next morning because first, there was not enough money left in Amy's checking account to cover the debit, and, Amy had notified the bank of Casey cleaning her out.

I stand corrected if this is, in fact, true. Can you direct me to the general area in the documents please? All I see is the charge doc which shows 10 counts based on three particular checks, 142, 143, 144, used at target on the 8th and 10th of July. Since they did 3 charges each on each check they wouldn't likely let go of the chance for attempted use of personal information, etc, for the debit. That would make 13 charges rather than a measly 10. PS: I found it, magic 13 leading to a murder charge.

In the world of the Imaginanny, Zanny can be whatever the A's want her to be, a perfect 10 with perfect teeth, perfect weight because that will only fit in their perfect life with their perfect family and specifically their perfect daughter. Nothing is perfect, need we say more!!!! This depo proves their house of cards is falling down.

Here's what jumped out to me about Cindy's deposition. She listed all these people that watched Caylee. Every single one of the people she mentioned she had at least seen- albeit, she did not have numbers or address for them. Then she gets to Zanny- hasn't seen her but has all these numbers for her. I think that information was very telling.

George's "ignorance" to what had happened in that house is just unbelievable. Including the new "kidnapping" story. He said he had NOT heard that story. What? It was in LA testimony. AND WHY didn't they ask Cindy that question? Or did they and I missed it?

I havent heard, but I would be willing to bet that SA has not released all the evidence they have. Anyone heard? CA will be researching and memorizing and then playing drill sergeant to GA and LA. These depos were just warm-up sessions, when court time comes she intends to have her troops prepared! Does anyone else think this also?

Sorry, am I missing something here. Was this discussed in the depos???

I apologize, but I forgot what this line of questioning is going towards? KC only had 10 "measly" charges against her for raping her friend Amy's money because...KC didn't need money, she had an under-the-table job of her own (?), and therefore no one can say KC wasn't contributing to the A home??

I'm admittedly lost, how is this all supposed to come full-circle again?:waitasec:

If you are speaking to me, this is a thread addressing misstatements and my addressing the air samples and other forensics is my way of addressing how they Anthony's may have it smelled like a dead body but they may have been using a figure of speech or have decided it could have come from other substances. I'll gladly change my mind once I have my questions answered fully. I've tried researching and only came up with the facts already mentioned, and the fact that a black band only shows up after 90 days of decomp, impossible in this case. It would have to be a light band and that could have come from a live person, such as Cindy.

So, are you talking about "junk science"? Seems like it was Jb who started that rumor. Wait--------was it that lady lawyer who sits with KC and JB. Oh. there are so many players, sometimes I get so confused.

AquarianEssence, are you a Defense Attorney?

I agree! This was their attempt at re-writing history thru histrionics. Don't know if they (GA, CA, BC) cleared this new tactic with JB. Could be interesting...

Why do I hear the theme song from Nip/Tuck, the perfect lie...

I remember that too, but I can't find the clip. Anyone have an actual link to that clip??? Please.

Try under fox news florida or wftv. I believe they have all the video interviews listed.

Yes, I understand. This is really gross, but how would you compare it to a rotting pig? And how clear would you be about it 20 years from now? Remember, the air samples said only that there MAY have been a human decomp event. I've seen nothing that shows me yet it couldn't have been pig or pork product. So are you saying there is no way that they could now think it was something else they smelled and they are absolutely lying? They couldn't have been reacting out of fear? I know, LE said it smelled like human too. How long before they impounded the car? Sometime on the 16th it looks like according to p294 but I don't know how much of this isn't a misstatement. I know one for sure, but it isn't from the Anthony's. They have Cindy listed as a black female, DOB 9/22/1980, 27 years old, black hair and brown eyes. (p293) Hmmm. They first smelled it the night of July 15th? How sure were they? The detective that took the car as evidence used the term, "unidentifiable odor" when making his report. I see he made a correct notation of the vin but overlooked the black woman. Seems like this case is just filled with misstatements or misjudgments.

Ok I found it. On p.310, on 7/17/08 at 15:45 the cadaver dog hit on the passenger fender at the trunk. Now, isn't that where the garbage bag was, on the passenger side of the trunk?

Aquarian Essence, I respect your opinions very much and even agree with some, but for Pete's Sake, everyone who has ever actually smelled a decaying body states emphatically, and with knowledge and authority, that the foul odor is unforgettable and unmistakeable and unlike any other. GA and CA both fall into this category of "experienced" people, and they both identified the odor instantly and CORRECTLY--even under their extreme stress.

For the life of me, I cannot understand what dead pigs have to do with the smell in KC's trunk. Unless, of course, a pig was reported missing around that time and in that vicinity. If so, I suppose there's reason to think KC stole it, too, but how would she lift it into her trunk? I'm a city girl, but aren't pigs really big and really, really heavy? With Caylee already dead, as she surely was, would Casey have had room in her trunk for a pig, too? :waitasec:  :blowkiss:

Since KC is planning not to take the stand any mistruths from her parents that the jury catches will be sealing her fate. I can see JB this weekend standing by the shredder saying, "Okay, this story is out, oh and this one too."

Too bad they can't be locked up in separate hotels. They need to be called to the stand on the same day, no time left for them to get together and plot in between their testimonies.
George is going to be a problem with all of his "I don't knows", but loose lips Cindy will answer for him.

I was drinking a glass of water while reading this and I am now cleaning off my keyboard !!:clap::clap::clap::clap:

Friday, thank you, I haven't laughed this hard in ages.
:clap::laughbig::rotfl::dance::laugh:
ETA: There is nothing funny about Caylee's murder, just Friday's post about a missing pig
that most likely would have been stolen by Casey.

FridaY: I don't think it was a clip, either audio or visual. I THINK it is in one of the supplemental reports from either Detective Melich or Detective Allen. They are describing what went on when they went to the house with one of the search warrants in December. I will try to go back and find what page it was one.

IIRC wasn't ga the one who mentioned decomp body.....they were the ones who started that ball rolling.....one of our dogs once had a dead bird--told my hubby to get rid of it...next morning house reaked--my comment "smells like something died in here"---I didn't go into anythng about smelling dead bodies or anything like that....ga DID---ca DID----there is a difference ---
