No, no link - just what the FBI agent was telling George what Cindy stated in her questionnaire and how far off it was from what George said in his. Even George was shaking his head when he heard how Cindy "rated" Casey in some areas. I'm sure TWA could provide the links to the exact FBI taped interviews - probably right down to the minute mark, lol

I CANT NOT FATHOM the DENIAL it must take to tell the FBI that you are frustrated that OSCO is NOT looking for CAYLEE when they have already identified her remains! Here is the denial loud and in color 8/5/08. The dates of t hose FBI interviews were the very last days of July 2008 and first days of August. The date you are seeing on that document is likely the date it was transcribed.

8/5/08 Cindy explaining it all away to Greta. Note how long it takes Cindy to answer the very first yes or no question. She speaks exactly as Casey does, many, many,rambling run on sentences and never ever gives the yes or no. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Casey is just Cindy Jr., in stripper boots. "Lying is not a criminal offense" Cindy tells Greta, a lawyer who very well knows that lying to the FBI officers is not only a criminal offense, it is a FELONY! She insults the intelligence of everyone with that sentence, imo. Here we have mom interrupting pop and correcting him, finishing his sentences, squeezing his legs for clues. Wow.

Her phone records were cut off because her bill was not paid to the tune of seven hundred and twenty four dollars.
Also, here Mark details how a neighbor contradicts Cindy's claim that there was no argument or fight between Casey and mom on Father's day weekend. The neighbor said that he was within earshot;
Casey has one hell of a temper;
he heard Casey yelling at her mother so loud Father's day weekend, that he heard her from his home.
Mark asked the Anthonys if there was any argument on this weekend, to which mom and pop replied, "Absolutely not".
If I recall correctly, Jesse told the detectives, and LP also told them that Lee told them that indeed there was a horrible, horrible fight between Casey and mom on Father's day night which actually escalated to Cindy choking Casey with her hands on Casey's neck.
That is what was interesting to me when mom testified at the 911 calls hearing. She mentioned, she was not sure if she went over to Casey and shook her, but she knows she wanted to. That is the second time I recall her admitting she was so angry with Casey that she got physical with her. She mentioned it also in a LE or FBI interview that she did or wanted to shake the

See at this point, CA is thinking that she called in the FBI because she needed someone to help them since OCSO was not. She was certain that if she got in there to talk to agents without OCSO input, she could make them see things in her context and work, if she had her way, against the OCSO. It's not really about if they were looking for Caylee, it's about the fact that they had pegged KC.
The overall tone of the interview, from CA's point of view, is that she is going to educate them about what has happened to date and she is going to finally get her opportunity to spin it the way she pleased. The agent did a really good job at letting her believe she had that control-Remember, in the back of his mind, he has been apprised by the OCSO and he is LE like them, he is in fraternity with them more than with her. He makes a point of telling GA that he is with the OCSO and gives great regard to GA's service as a LEO.
Listen to her telling him how awful not only the police are, but Judge Strickland. She truly believes he is buying her line of crap and she thinks she can convince him that it is she, GA and the FBI against the world (or OCSO/the lowly circuit court in this case).

Yep, CA thought she was the private investigator in all of this. She was trying to steer LE to her line of thinking, who she thought this alleged nanny was...she had an important part in all of this, is her way or the highway...as she had shown with TES and claiming they came to her under false pretenses...at least GA was more truthful in giving the rundown on his daughters behavior and how she will take this to the extreme...as she always did...GA knows the damn truth, he knows, for once a cop always a cop, even when your wife tells you you can't be a cop be a father/grandfather....JMHO
There's a giant conspiracy if you listen to ICA, her mother just parrots what ICA states (I was arrested on a whim), she is the echo of trying to create reasonable doubt. They didn't look further due to the lies told by them from the mouth of ICA, the 31 critical days of not reporting an allegedly abducted child, the smell of death in the Pontiac that ICA drove exclusively, the texting, the stealing from friends/family told LE exactly WHO was the responsible party in Caylee's demise. Not one thing proved true out of ICA's mouth. From where she allegedly left Caylee at the foot of the stairs, to where this alleged nanny lived... CA is an enabler and now it appears JB is picking up where CA left off in the enabling department. I truly hope JB doesn't believe his client and hope he has given her the worst case scenario for her and it would be in her best interest to change her plea so they can save her life. Its all on the defenses shoulders, I do wish them luck for they will be eaten up, chewed up by the prosecution who are seeking justice for Caylee...JMHO
I hope ICA takes the stand in her own defense but it's highly doubtful but I can see her insisting she gets to tell her story...JMHO

I have been REALLY busy over the last few weeks and have been popping in and out here and there when I had a free moment, but I just had to "bump" this one to the forefront again. Julia - this is PURE GENIUS!! Putting her statements all together really gives one a clear picture of Cindy's mindset (it also gives one a headache, but I digress....) :crazy:
As far as Cindy's recent statements in court and in letters to Casey that she believes Caylee is still alive, I wonder if that is not some sort of a sick "game" she is playing with Casey. A passive aggressive way to stick the knife to her in the only way she can while still trying to preserve the family image. :waitasec: I also think she thinks that all of the damaging testimony she had to give about the 911 calls, etc, will be discounted if everyone thinks she is crazy. I am convinced she is crazy, but crazy like a fox instead!!

Also from the FBI interview, CA says that things fell apart with OCSO right around the bond hearing, that OCSO was being really good to CA/GA and then suddenly stopped looking for Caylee and started looking at KC. She characterized OCSO as though they caused the souring of the relationship....However, as I recall from Det. Melich's testimony at the bond hearing, CA called him the night before the hearing and went off about LE going to visit AlexP and telling Yuri that she would not be so cooperative with him anymore. THAT is what soured the relationship-CA's horrible attitude as usual.

I keep wondering about all of CA's claims to LE that JG is the one responsible? At some point does this go beyond CA voicing "her opinion" and instead become CA making knowingly false statements or accusations to LE about him? At some point is all of this stuff she said viable for a civil suit on behalf of the Grunds?
