I also have SS of the apt coming up. State now discussing that HE had a suitcase in her room but not one in Bri's room. Bri's room was locked, they unlocked it since they had a search warrant.

Domogauer said she later went to Sidney Moorer's house on Feb. 21, 2014 to do a search.

The witness identified a piece of evidence that she said was Moorer's cellphone.

State Exhibit 49 is surveillance video turned in on Dec 30, 2013.
State Exhibit 47 Sync Module from F-150

Defense objects, wants to know chain of command. Surveillance video not allowed per judge.
Defense objects again not allowing the sync module part from the F-150. Judge allows this.
