This was Heather & Bri's apartment just as they left it. Bri was out of town when Heather disappeared and the apartment was left until searched for evidence.

On cross examination by the defense, Domogauer testified that there was not a search done for DNA evidence at the apartment.

The witness also testified on cross that no forensic evidence of value that pertains to this case was taken from Moorer's truck, to her knowledge.

Domogauer is excused from the witness stand.

It looks like the cut is messed up, could also be the light reflecting too, but I cannot compare to the other side. JMO

The state's next witness is Jonathan Lee Martin, who works for the Horry County Police Department and was a detective with what was then referred to as the department's violent crimes division in December 2013.

The state entered into evidence cellphone records for Heather Elvis that the witness had obtained as part of the investigation.

Domogauer testified that TE did not let them take Heather's car to be forensically processed at the lab. I don't understand why he wouldn't let them process it properly for DNA evidence . Anyone know a reason for the car not to be processed properly ? Shouldn't they have subpoened the car for proper processing ?

Drinking game for the trial... every time Nancy says, "if you don't mind", you gotta drink.

:silly:

Just kidding. That would be lethal!

Judge needs to stop being so grumpy toward the state and the states witnesses, not very becoming and looks hinky.
I thought Judges were impartial. HA! JMO

I need to ring him and give him a stern talking too.

The phone records from T. Mobile, according to Martin, were from 1:35 to 3:31 a.m., on Dec. 18, 2013.

The first phone call came in at 1:35 a.m., and was from a payphone at the intersection of Seaboard Street and 10th Avenue in Myrtle Beach. It lasted about five minutes, the witness is telling the jury.

Martin testified an additional nine calls were placed by Elvis to the payphone.

And duration of 9 calls indicate no conversation took place
