Haven't seen anything yet. The judge in my trial was a late eater (compared to me) so maybe 1:30? If things are moving fast sometimes they will ask the jurors how they feel about lunch/break. I don't pretend to know how Judge Dennis does things though. IMO

I think at least 40 people are gone from 200 if 2 dozen were excused based on having an opinion, 12 others for various(kids, school, business owners) reasons and some I probably missed. I guess even if there are only 100 people, it's is still a lot. IMO

Last time I had jury duty and I was selected, they dismissed everyone but us once the jury was selected. We adjourned to the jury room and lunch was waiting on us. We went right to work from that point. I foresee the jury being selected, then a break for lunch and then opening statements. This could be starting by 3:00 today.

One reason for TM not to be in the courtroom might be because she is a witness. JMO

I don't think anyone except potential jurors and the media are in the courtroom.

There is no way anyone should be able to sit next to TM and family who is a potential juror. I'm sure the Elvis' aren't there either?
