The state attorney asked to excuse a juror because of his relationship with the defense attorney. Judge denied their request. He is a juror.

Tammy Moorer is also charged with kidnapping. A trial date for Tammy Moorer has not yet been set.

Maybe she can't be in court b/c she is going to be tried for this crime as well? I'm off to Google the laws on how that works unless anyone here knows?

I don't see it is as a negative unless all the men are pu$$ies like SM. Most manly men wouldn't look favorably on someone who is so wimpy and whipped. But some women could look unfavorably on a victim who was having an affair with a married man. JMO.
