On cross examination by the defense, the witness testified that, to the best of his knowledge, he was the last person to lay eyes on Heather Elvis.

That's not true, the kidnapper is the last one, of course he couldn't say that.

Schiraldi testified during cross examination by the defense that he commented on a photo of Elvis' on social media. There were then some messages exchanged and he and Elvis went on their date.

Witness testifies that he didn't leave his mother's house after he got back home following the date with Elvis.

He did great. He seems sincere. He seems sad. Defense was good about not being too aggressive, but it was easy to see what he was saying.
