Judge appears to be trying to bully Livesay, imo. The debate of seeing vs talking is important, this shows that SM intentionally mislead LE from the very beginning.

Nope, I had Jury Duty in March of this year and both sides had copies for the other and us in the jury. These people didn't take the time to make copies. SMH

On cross examination by the defense, a report is shown to the witness that indicated Moorer hadn't seen Heather Elvis in several weeks, but had spoken to her.

That supplemental report was written by one of the witness' officers and Furr said that report did indicate Moorer hadn't seen Elvis since October, while the phone call with the defendant indicated he hadn't spoken with Elvis in six weeks.
