Sounds like that "deer in the headlights" cop was giving it to SM pretty good that night. Calling him out on his lies...so much so that SM threw TM under the bus and claimed she had his phone. hahaha

Hard to hear exactly what is being said in video. Defendant can be heard at one point saying he ended it, presumably referencing the relationship with Elvis.

Wouldn't LE/State translate this interview as best as they could for evidence?

LOL I would think so, maybe they will get to that once the video is over?

I'd like to know if there were any texts or calls from SM to Heather after she was missing and the cops came asking questions. I'd think any person would at least try to contact someone who is missing and LE comes to interview you.

Sidney sounds very defensive from what I can understand.

Whoa whoa what just happened? SM says he ended it, ready to go on vacation, **** hit the fan. While they were out at Disney Land, talked and said it has to end to make it worth with his wife, says they both cried. Got back from out of town 2 weeks prior to Dec 18. Then he says he didn't talk to her since the end of October.

WOW. What?!

IMO

Moorer can be heard saying he did not go to the area of Peachtree Boat Landing.

Wow this mild mannered officer on the stand was really not taking any bull **** from SM. He got very defensive. Hard to make out the words.

Right? Impressive. I take back what I said, lol. I also wish we could see good ole' Sid's face in the courtroom right now while this is playing.

Canterbury testified that Moorer came out of his home again after the interview and asked officers to move on because his kids were asking questions.

(This is the part where I get nervous. IIRC they let TE drive the car. I assume Truslow will cover that part when it's his turn.)

This LEO made contact with Bri via telephone and then went to SM house after midnight (can't recall the exact time) during the same shift. LEO says they parked at the very end of the M's driveway and SM met them at the end of the driveway. 3 LEOS were at SM house talking to SM at the end of his driveway. He was not a suspect, not even certain a crime had occurred at this point. Went to SM house, had been told of previous relationship and thought he might have met up with HE. No threats or promises for talking to him. No coercing. Didn't read Miranda Warnings (not required b/c he wasn't a suspect b/c not aware of a crime) LEO had a body microphone on at this time.

No CBTM present during that interview like Defense keeps saying.

Good Grief. I think the DT is going to try to claim the officer called the wrong numbers for someone.

SM and TM should have thought about their kids before they decided to murder HE
