LE is going to take the jury out to the route to see the cameras this afternoon. Shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes. State is asking to do this last so the jury can do this before they leave. Judge says that nobody can speak to them on the ride.

The courthouse is that close to all of the points of interest?

Good. Prosecution just announced that they will have testimony of the location of places. Like SM house and video camera locations. And they have requested if jury can travel to go see the location in person. So jury can see for themselves where the location of things are.

Defense is objecting.

Judge is leaning to saying YES to this. YIPEEE

No discussion is going to take place to any juror members.

Sounds like a mini road trip for jurors may happen today. They will be in 2 vans. Not sure when they will leave courthouse.

I always think its great to let jurors see thigs.

Surprised the prosecution did not want to include a trip to the landing while at their house. It is all so close together.

She asked if it can be last so they can return from the trip and then be done for the day to go home. It won't be until later, IMO.

Yes. the Peachtree landing is pretty close to the courthouse.

What is more interesting is the Peachtree landing is VERY close to the Moorers House. Its right up the road.

Don't know how long it's up there and available to rewind, but wish I had done that earlier LOL

Yes and you don't have to pause. You can just left click earlier in the time bar. And it moves the video backwards. You can go forwards too. Its hard to get it to stop just where you want though but I use it like that all the time.

Mine keeps freezing and I have to move the time bar a little bit to get it to unfreeze.

I've taken that road trip myself, and it is surprising to see how close everything is together. Of course, I didn't know where the cameras were. I tried to find them, but no luck.

I'm having trouble with my computer and when I use my phone I get kicked off the site then re-routed to spam, so I'm pretty frustrated with trying to keep up.

But from what I gather, the defense is trying to create the appearance of excessive contacts by HE to SM and his alleged desire for her to leave him alone.

I don't see how the pay phone call will be explained.

On another topic, when was HE scheduled again for work? I can't remember.

Too bad the Moorer's won't have all the signs in the yard and on the cars for the jury to see. They won't get to see the Disney camper either. I think the road trip will take longer than 10 mins, just my opinion. And think of the stories the judge will get to share, ugh.
