Defense now takes over questioning witness. #MoorerTrial

Wondering if the gag order should be applying to TM to be on SM. We know it is not her trial but since she is related to defendant it seems the gag order should apply to her for SM. Any chance she is in contempt?

Judge calls for quick break instead...#MoorerTrial

10 minute break as lawyers approach the bench. Don't talk about the case, don't deliberate per Judge.

What? You mean not everyone changes out the headlights on their vehicles now and again just for the heck of it?
I thought if you did change the headlights, like if one burned out, it was for the same kind, and nothing was different.
Shows what I know.

Even if she is in contempt, since the judge didn't do anything about SM's media interview last night, he probably won't do anything about her either. :moo: :moo:

I was hoping there would be some info about the weight of the truck, like was it heavier or lighter on the way to any of the mentioned locations.

I suppose it depends if they changed out the whole housing that holds the bulbs or not. There are probably after market type things people can buy to give the lights a new look.

I thought the whole kit and kabootle of the trial was under gag order.

I really can't believe the judge is just going to defer that to later. Usually judges get pretty po'd at people not following the rules. It makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Me too. Was it a key issue? Maybe Bri didn't have time to get one made for her before she left for FL? Idk, I can't help but think about how the Defense is so sure of their case. It makes me think they're over xonfident for some reason. When pairing that with the apartment door being unlocked when detectives got there, it makes me wonder if the Defense will suggest a stranger was in her apartment or something. I seem to remember a stalking incident at or near their residence, plus break-ins in that area. It just makes me wonder if Heather had a key to that apartment or not. I mean, surely if there was no sign of breaking or entering then the door was unlocked the whole time, or no? If somebody, a stranger, actually broke into the apartment, or entered it without being invited, then wouldn't they have locked the door upon leaving soas to throw off investigators? Whereas SM may have known if there was a key or not, bc of his intimate relationship with Heather, therefore if there wasn't a key then maybe he'd have left it unlocked bc that's what Heather would have done.

Or the M's had her keys after they killed her, and they let themselves into her apartment to remove evidence or to use her computer to delete those tweets TM claims to have disappeared.

Sooo...

Anyone here doubt that it was SM's truck seen on both videos in the early morning hours of Dec 18, 2013?

or do you think it's "just a black blob" and nothing can be determined?

I still think she was taken at PTL not the other location. I think she was driving around either trying find Sid or contact him but the actual crime took place a PTL, IMO.

So I'm guessing there are no cameras at Longbeard's?

I was sure when the defense put up the fight, they had good evidence it was the M's truck

LMAO....so according to TM...this witness is the state's SECOND choice. The first one was her witness and he couldn't be bought. Cause we all know how reliable of a witness he seemed to be. I'd be surprised if the judge even allows HER witness(according to her the states first choice...to even be considered an expert for testimony).

LMAO!!!! Best chuckle i've had all day! Thanks Tam...I needed a good laugh today.

At the hearing, the Defense's "expert" even acknowledged Fredericks expertise. The M's were both present.

Edited to add - Who is paying the M's expert witness? Apparently he can be bought if he is being paid to appear.

I wonder how long after the disappearance did they discover her phone was in the Longbeards location? by that time, video may have been disposed of/erased with a length of time going by ??
I know the witness Edens started his report in March 2015 - ...

Looks like court is resuming.

Just like how they are fighting Bri's testimony, they know it's going to be big
