I thought if you did change the headlights, like if one burned out, it was for the same kind, and nothing was different. What? You mean not everyone changes out the headlights on their vehicles now and again just for the heck of it?
Wondering if the gag order should be applying to TM to be on SM. We know it is not her trial but since she is related to defendant it seems the gag order should apply to her for SM. Any chance she is in contempt?

Shows what I know.

Even if she is in contempt, since the judge didn't do anything about SM's media interview last night, he probably won't do anything about her either. :moo: :moo:
Me too. Was it a key issue? Maybe Bri didn't have time to get one made for her before she left for FL? Idk, I can't help but think about how the Defense is so sure of their case. It makes me think they're over xonfident for some reason. When pairing that with the apartment door being unlocked when detectives got there, it makes me wonder if the Defense will suggest a stranger was in her apartment or something. I seem to remember a stalking incident at or near their residence, plus break-ins in that area. It just makes me wonder if Heather had a key to that apartment or not. I mean, surely if there was no sign of breaking or entering then the door was unlocked the whole time, or no? If somebody, a stranger, actually broke into the apartment, or entered it without being invited, then wouldn't they have locked the door upon leaving soas to throw off investigators? Whereas SM may have known if there was a key or not, bc of his intimate relationship with Heather, therefore if there wasn't a key then maybe he'd have left it unlocked bc that's what Heather would have done.
Sooo...
Anyone here doubt that it was SM's truck seen on both videos in the early morning hours of Dec 18, 2013?
or do you think it's "just a black blob" and nothing can be determined?
LMAO....so according to TM...this witness is the state's SECOND choice. The first one was her witness and he couldn't be bought. Cause we all know how reliable of a witness he seemed to be. I'd be surprised if the judge even allows HER witness(according to her the states first choice...to even be considered an expert for testimony).
LMAO!!!! Best chuckle i've had all day! Thanks Tam...I needed a good laugh today.
So I'm guessing there are no cameras at Longbeard's?
I was sure when the defense put up the fight, they had good evidence it was the M's truck
