Ok... questions:
Anyone know who the two men and one woman are that sit on defence side but on aisle?
Does PC work and how is she able to afford all they are doing? Insurance from BC?
Didn't SM's parents at one time hire his attorney? When he was going to live with them.. then it all changed... he went home with TM.

My thoughts: SM is a great actor who missed his calling. Up until this trial i thought TM was the absolute controller and he did whatever he did ONLY because of fear of her and losing kids, house, etc. but now i see him as one cold cocky SOB. I'm kicking myself for ever feeling the least bit sorry for him. I fully believe PC and BC were involved/know and are protecting their own now..... come hell or high water. Now its all about being a victim and then suing the county and everyone they can for 'kidnapping them' and putting them in prison, threats, lies, stalking the kids, etc etc etc. They have to play it out now to reap that reward.... end game of millions in TM's mind. Poor Heather was way out of her league once the MRS got involved. And SM, i really hope he suffers one way or another... in jail preferable, if not... living with TM, poor and destitute and shackled to the bed, for the rest of his life. JMO

Apparently even if you change the bulb, it will modify the spread pattern enough to make it different. Great technology for id'ing vehicles from video!

I really can't believe the judge is just going to defer that to later. Usually judges get pretty po'd at people not following the rules. It makes no sense to me whatsoever.

ONE other thought. KT is taking the Baez syndrome of ' forgive me, poor me, just a humble ol' boy trying to figure it out'. SM is taking notes from trials of FCA and FJA's use of social media/interviews. Can't wait to see him stand on his head and say 'No jury will ever convict me'

KT is up with questions for the expert. I remember what he said in his opening arguments. Questioning the broadcast degree with emphasis in engineering. Witness was later a cop in Canada. From there he went into private work focusing on forensic video investigations. He also taught at Quantico. He was offered a job a large company who is contracted by the U.S. Gov. He also has his own side company that does video analysis and has since left the company job and solely works for himself. He is hired by defense and prosecuting attorneys. Solicitor contacted him Oct-Nov 2014. (I wish KT would blow his nose-JMO) I guess he is trying to cast doubt on the credibility but I'm not sure why he feels the need to continue down this path???

IMO the expert is making KT look like an idiot. KT seems to be trying to lead him down a path to impeach his previous testimony and it doesn't seem to be working. KT asked him if he's ever done a study on 10,000 trucks and then published the results. um..really???

Hey KT, have you ever done a study on 10,000 defendants to determine how often they lie or sit violate a gag order or whatever, and then publish the study? NO? Then does that mean you aren't a legal expert? SMDH!

BBM - KT doesn't really have anything else to hang onto, other than casting doubt on the man's credentials. Fredericks to me appears very polished and assured in his profession. IMO he is very believable.

Yes, but he didn't win that argument. I should think the judge would stop this from continuing in the trial.
