How can he say all this stuff with no evidence to back it up? His work had him out all night? Then show me proof he was working. I guess Tammy just tagged along to all his jobs just waiting for the chance to do the dirty whenever he got a moment away from work? I wish the jury could have heard SM's interview he just gave and hear him say she was with him, so this she had his phone bill wouldn't fly.

And, for the third time, I'm going to say it - I hope the jury sees this!!! He's said SO many things that could be backed up with witnesses IF IT WERE TRUE!!!!!!

I'm actually worried about that. Livesay sounded like a hick. She used "ain't," had horrible annunciation, and was lacking subject/verb agreement quite a bit. It's been my experience that our new northern neighbors tend to think we're all a bunch of idiots down here. I'm just hoping they don't hold that against her.
