Misty 2/9/2010 jail video tapes - the anniversary of Haleigh's disappearance

Finally we hear Misty say whatever it was that happened occurred on the 9th...Keep talking Misty..JMO

The only thing I want to hear is where HaLeigh is. Everything else could be and probably is a lie. jmo

I don't know how anyone can believe anything she says. In fact, if she is saying it, I go in the opposite direction, thinking that what happened, happened on the 10th. jmo though.

I thought these video's were very telling. I now know 100% that Misty does know what happened to Haleigh (as if there was any doubt). She knows that by Lenny wanting to talk to her he's not wanting to talk to her about the weather, and she almost slipped up when Lisa said, he don't think you did anything but he thinks you may have over heard something, and Misty says When he gets me out I'll talk, thats all I'm gonna say. So she DEFINITELY knows, and she admitted it and its recorded!!

Now on the CD letter. Misty stated in that tape over and over again that if need be to replace RF, I wonder if RF is acting on his own or at the direction of Misty about the CD letter. Seeing as how he represented her today I'm scratching my head. Why would he still be willing to have her PB as a client after everything that was said. Lisa even stated that he doesn't even call them and that she didn't like him and Misty said I know. So whats in this for RF? Is he another JB?

Where are the rest of the tapes? Lisa went to go get Hank at the end of that video, where is that tape at? UGGG I'm getting annoyed.

Also I thought that Tommy told Lindsey not to speak to Misty but apparently Misty has since talked to Tommy and Lindsey, I'm confused.

As a side note, How are they able to plead not guilty when there are video's? Why is this even allowed? They all also admitted in their own words they did it, so how is a not guilty verdict allowed?

Misty wants out and says if LP gets her out she'll talk. But wait!

Misty has already talked a lot, and it's all lies. So LP wants to know where HaLeigh is, and he isn't going to get her out until she tells him where HaLeigh is. If she doesn't know, she can't tell. If she does know, she'll have to tell it all, b/c otherwise they will think she put her there.

Misty will say whatever to get what she wants. But she hasn't admitted to anything except that she'll talk. She's talking now, but it doesn't mean anyone is going to gain any truth from her words. We want PROOF! EVIDENCE! not words. that's moo.

Pleading not guilty is what peeps do when they are waiting for plea deals.
Just "wanting it over with" would be a guilty plea. Wanting to negotiate how long they spend in jail, and what they are willing to give as far as information goes is what a not guilty plea is for. They already know LE has enough evidence to lock them up for a long time, so proof of evidence isn't what the not guilty plea is about in these cases. jmo

I agree that LP like the media attention, but I honestly think that he has a huge heart. I honestly beleive that he learned his lesson from Casey and I don't think that he will give up the conditions for the media attention. In my heart I beleive that he wants Haleigh found and he knows that these players are capable of lieing he want get her out unless she agrees to tell what she knows. Misty is the one with EVERYTHING to lose, give her more time she will agree to his terms the alternative is possable 25 years or more in jail.

If you are, I miss her also. She has been gone for over six months now.. It was six months on the eleventh of this month...IF Haleigh is on the other side with Viki, hopefully they are BOTH doing everything to light the way for those who are still in the dark concerning whatever it is/was that happened to Haleigh...JMO

Haven't seen the tape but misty feels very entitled. She had temper tantrums I bet whenever Haleigh got something too and must have carried on the same way.

I bet she is jealous that her mom and dad got some help and it is pushing her buttons because she wants it too. This is a riot! Thanks LP.

Yes, Misty's sense of entitlement is really annoying. Can't stand how she expects everyone to put money on her books, and never even bothers to squeeze out a please or thank you.

I've always suspected she was jealous of Haleigh... Misty is used to being the one and only princess.

I think Misty is just a pot head and we know her and tommy smoked a joint that night. I don't think she got violent.

I dunno, Dr. Fessel.... Misty's a bit more than just a pot head. And she seems quite self-centered and reckless. No telling what all happened to sweet Haleigh.

Where did they or Ron live before.....what would be the old neighborhood?

They had only lived in that particular trailer for a few months when Haleigh went missing-- seems like they moved there in November '08? Before that they lived in another trailer very close by. They moved because they needed a bigger place-- an extra bedroom was required for the kids, per DCF.

IIRC Ron and Misty began "dating" sometime in July or August, and Misty moved in with them September '08?

Hank wouldn't make so many comments about his job (or lack thereof) or struggle to find housing, or anything else if Hank didn't think some kind soul was listening and might throw him some money. Whether LE has asked him to try to get info out of Misty is completely secondary to Hank's purpose to see if he can't get public sympathy (and dollars) thrown his way.

I'm not sure he really wants to work. Earlier in a video he told Misty his unemployment was about to run out, so he guessed he would need to find a job. Good ol' Hank, take the unemployment checks as long as they will last before deciding he needs to find a job. BUT I am feeling more and more that his comments on the video tapes (coached by LE or LP) are more to do with his future court dealings, rather than finding a job or public image. I do think he sincerely loves his kids, but I think most of his comments are driven by the possibility a judge will see he's 'trying to help' and go easy on him.

From the tapes released a few days ago.......Tommy tells Lindsay not to look at Misty, that she is a liar. ?? If she is a liar, than why has Tommy requested to talk with Misty, and why has Misty put in 2 requests to talk with Tommy?
I feel soooooooooooo angry when I see little Austin on those jail convos. WTF? Why aren't Hank and Lisa advising Lindsy that it can't be good for him to see this????

Her mom says Leornard's put $100 on your books then she goes on and on about what about Dad said he would give me $100 too and TC too! If she did get the $300 and she did get out the next day like she hoped how much do wanna bet she would give a dime of that money back to anyone? Fat chance she would spend every dime of it on her self and still expect everyone to take care of her. I really never thought that she really knew what happened to Haleigh, but after watching those tapes I think she knows plenty.

I have been thinking and wondering something. Smack me if you must....but, does anyone think it's possible that Hank C SR is the one that gave up the info to authorities about Misty and her drug activities? His arrest came as a shock( okay maybe not a shock) but is it possible that he talked back then about his thoughts on his daughter? He could still love her and turn her in, in my opinion.

Also, after reading over the incident report from the fight between Hank SR and Tommy....it said that Tommy hit Hank over the head with a bag of DVD's....put's Tommy's burglaries in a different light....perhaps there was a question about stolen DVD's back on that night? And the stolen pills of course. I guess Hank SR knows who stole his pills now huh?

Oh, how I wish you are right about this. However, I think that Tommy wants to speak to Misty about staying out of general population, being very careful about what she says on the phone and to the other inmates, talking only to her attorney - practical advice. Misty, on the other hand, wants to talk to Tommy to find out when tax money will be available, to remind him to tell Lindsey, Timmy and Chelsea to put money in her account for commissary and to add minutes to her phone, to tell Mom, Dad and Lindsey to visit her. I guess after yesterday's arrest of Lisa and bailout by LP, she will also want to commisurate with Tommy about their still being stuck in there and how unfair that is.

She's a selfish brat for sure. Obviously her parents haven't done a good job raising her, but I don't believe they should totally shoulder the blame for how she is. We all have a choice, we can be good or we can be evil.
