The only thing that makes me think there may have been 4 people is she was 42% deceptive in the answer about does she know who took Haleigh. If there was only one other person I would think that would of been 99% deceptive like the others?

I don't know enough about lie detector test, but I have to throw this out there. If Misty did pass her original test, but after 6 months she believes with everything she has that she knows what happened to Haleigh and possibly who was involved would that change the outcome of the lie detector test? Are the test as valid as the ones taken right after a crime? The 42% deceptive is throwing me. It is like she knows what happened to Haleigh but not sure who took Haleigh and that does not make sense to me.

I wonder what her attorney is going to do? Quit? Try to get limited immunity? This is probably his worst nightmare to have a client do this on her own.

Can you imagine what life in that home is like now? Last week when NG reamed her (MC) I thought that life was surely going to get a lot harder for MC because that was on national tv. I figured at the very least it would make it uncomfortable for her in her own community.

It's my impression that Haleigh's close and extended family (both sides) tends to be a bit outspoken and vocal. IMHO.

Wonder what life will be like for her now not only in that home, but in that town?

Sorry, KRT. Tim Miller was saying that when Misty was confronted with her poly results....she was saying something about she might remember 4 people, but she might have thought she was dreaming.

Also it says she fought being put under during the hypnosis test, can they give her a drug that will force her to go under (if she agreed to take the drug)?

Oh ok, I thought it meant that when TM gave her the results of the recent lie detector test she wanted to do the hypnosis and voice analysis test.

On one of the videos from tonight it was talking about Misty telling Tim she did not do to good on her other tests and she wanted to take another.....maybe someone else remembers which one it was....I'll look.

I don't know if she passed her first test. She said she did. I don't remember if LE/FBI ever commented on it?

The 42% deception on that one is curious I admit. In my mind, granted I don't have a theory ~ could it mean that she knows what happened to Haleigh but she doesn't know who took Haleigh to hide her after what happened to Haleigh. That might be where she's coming up with the four ppl story...KWIM? Who knows at this point busylady. I'm at a loss.

It is very hard to take, I have gone back and forth about Misty being home that night but have said from day one I didnt think she was directly involved and therefore could not answer LEs questions. Well now it appears she was directly involved somehow and that she can answer the questions.

Until today I believed with everything I had that Haleigh was alive, now I have to let my mind go to she may no longer be with us and that is very very hard to do. I pray that things move along very quickly and this is the start of the truth being revealed and that Haleigh is found very very soon.

It is a lot to digest no matter how you cut it, Busy. I can handle being mistaken about Misty and the digs which are going to come from it, too. I immediately offered myself up on a platter since I knew what was for dinner tonight as soon as I saw the articles and the video. I don't really care about right or wrong, but for me it meant the likelihood that Haleigh is alive is now gone. My heart truly sank.

I knew it was possible she was hiding something, but I didn't know she was just flat out lying. I had not seen any real evidence which would make me change my mind until today.

The statement she made about Tim and TES coming to search for Haleigh and how he would put things together is so ironic. She was right about that one.

Time to move forward and find Haleigh. I really hope by the end of the week that she comes clean and tells everyone where Haleigh is right now so LE or TES can bring her home.

Tim (or the examiner) mentioned there could be multiple people which could account for the 42% so I guess it is possibly true about 4 people. There was probably more than 1 for her not to know specifically.

I don't know that the test results would change much from six months ago. If she was deceptive before the guilt may have grown and made this test more conclusive is all, imo.

You can't believe anything Misty says..so don't beat yourself up over "dreams", "I think I saw" (remember the 3), "he messed with me" or the best one "I'm only seventeen years old" (the plea for mercy).

I don't know if she passed her first test either given to her by LE. AMW said that LE was satisfied with the results LE has said several times she is not a suspect, and I have a tough time accepting that if she failed the test the first few days that LE has not found something to arrest her on in 6 months. I realize that poly results are not enough to arrest people on but you would of thought they could of found something to bring her in and charge her with.

Could she have also blocked out the events and as time went on she is remembering it all. I think that is unlikely and she has lied from day one, I am just trying to look at different things.
