Personally, I keep coming back to TM reporting that MC had not just failed, but failed miserably, her LDTs with a 90% rate of deception and also reporting that MC is hiding something in her Voice Stress Test. While we have only heard rumors on CS and RC passing their LTDs, TM has actually made reports that Misty failed her tests.

If she is truly innocent, why would she have failed these tests?

Tm is a respected advocate for the missing and will not speculate at this time of the whole purpose and outcome that arose from all of that,but, will comment on the % BS.. you either pass or fail and the inclusion of a % of error is leading and subject to speculation and interpretation. The voice stress test can reveal what is hidden? I would assume that is far reaching and unrealistic. It has been proven that the innocent people have failed LDT also.

Why throw yourself under the bus if you are innocent? I don't get it why everyone has found them guilty without all the evidence and every possible POI (family members) that have yet to be cleared. My understanding is that LE has been working a theory that a close family member or friend is involved and we have only heard from LE that Ron and Crystal have been cleared, but, refuted by Ron's own attorney, "Ron is not cleared, but, at the bottom of the list"; for some unknown :waitasec: reason.

I had hoped this new "friend" of Misty's would be a good influence on her, however, after the traffic incident yesterday, I seriously question the ability of this individual to make sound decisions for herself, let alone assist Misty in making them. What a mess. Well, personally, I'm glad the Orlando po po have been made aware of their new resident. Perhaps the kid gloves will come off...

And we know the peeps in Orange Co. aren't bashful about showing up uninvited and unannounced.....

AND maybe Kathi Belich will take a closer look at the situation.

And, for anyone interested, our very own Bern posted a dream about a fight between Misty and Ronald. She was packing and told him she had to get to Orlando..... It was not clear in the dream when this happened.

He just laid it all out there didn't he. Man, he uncovered the pretty wrappings some have put on the situation and said "this is how it really is". Poor Haleigh. Poor baby.

Misty is not innocent, imo, she's been obstructing this investigation for months upon months in spite of LE's incessant pleas for her to clear up her inconsistent statements. She has been told, repeatedly, that the forward momentum of this case depends upon her cooperation.

This is far beyond the stubborn insolence of a frightened teenager. If she is not guilty of the original crime against Haleigh-- she is certainly guilty for this! jmo and :furious:

I agree! I don't know exactly what she is guilty of, but definitely something. I feel the same about RC. Even if they had nothing to do with what happened to Haleigh, they are hiding something. JMO

I am still unsure of whether I think Misty is actually responsible for Haleigh going missing, but for sure I believe she knows what happened to that child. And I think that RC knows now also. I just wish one of them would finally reveal what they know so there could be closure...one way or the other. It seems so unfair to those who are innocent and truly love that little girl to be kept waiting for answers for this long.

I thought the interview was sincere. The mother in me wants to give her a hug it seems like she has had a really tough life with nobody including her own mother to set a good example for her. I don't think she knows what happend to Haleigh, I don't think she was talking about Crystals family, I think she was referring to her own family. I just don't get the same cold vibe from her that I got from KC. She doesnt seem strong enought to hold out for this long. She has already lost everything now including her own family I think if she knew anything she would spill it.

Before you hug this little girl whom you think has lost everything, family included, remember one thing: THIS IS THE SAME GIRL WHO POSTED ON AMBER'S MS THAT SHE/MISTY TOOK HER/AMBER'S MAN AND WAS GOING TO TAKE HER BABY TOO.

Great question. Only family that we know of (GMS claims to have seen Misty when dropping off laundry in early evening). We've yet to hear anyone else affirming beyond bus stop that afternoon.

My assessment: Misty is capable of keeping focus enough to get through an airport, all the while lying about her destination (really not our business but an outright lie of "I'm not going to NY, no." was offered...liar). She seems able to focus enough to be bright eyed and busy tailed for the 5 a.m. appearance on the show. She appears to focus enough to spin her lies again, trying to trap Crystal.

A liar is a person who tells lies to get out of trouble or make someone else get into trouble. Misty managed both angles.

There is no learning disorder with this child. There is only a budding sociopath.

Debs, I couldn't agree more. She seems perfectly capable of doing whatever she wants to do. I have no sympathy at all for this girl. She is almost 18years old and could have the world by the tail. But no, she is a dolt of a girl who can hardly put two thoughts together. She has the skill set and job qualifications of a 12-year-old rather than a young woman. Yet she knows how to work people and mooch off a 40-something woman who should not be enabling her. And what 40-something-year-old woman drives like a maniac on a freeway anyway? Trying to recapture her days as a reckless teen or something? Never mind that acting like a fool may have endangered other drivers. MC knows how to do a second-rate acting job on camera (my opinion). MC knows how to threaten others and talk trash to kids (according to the bus stop witness). Oh yeah, this girl knows a lot of things. Her "disabilities" and "disorders" are really just backwardness and lack of good breeding.

I really do wonder what those two were "partaking" of as they were driving along. I'm sure the police checked that out. It's just not normal. This older woman must be nuttier than a fruitcake.

I don't think Misty is too upset about getting a divorce, seems odd.
Then again what 17 yr old wants to be tied down with kids and laundry that part doesn't make sense to me, so I think she is happy to have her freedom back.
She will survive, she has so far without family.

IMO Wrong! A pass or fail may be a generalized summation but there are a mix of questions, some you will answer truthfully, others you may answer some truthfully and some not -- depending on how well you deal with that particular one. Of those questions that are 'questions of interest' there is a number of responses that may be clearly deceptive.

Whether a % summation or a pass/fail summation Misty clearly and badly failed with different questions and different testers and, even the general public can see her story evolve, not be consistent and, not make total sense. We don't need an expert to tell us that.

As the body language analysts stated, typically when you tell your story it will trigger memories and you will add details --- Misty tells a short concise story by rote and cannot even keep that straight!!!!! It is not different words but a different version.

..... and that's all I know!!!!

I'm not sure. Mr. Beardsley seems to think that Misty was pointing a finger squarely at Ronald's family. Why would he think that?
