exactly when did a story of lies suppose to have occurred? From the moment LE was called, Ron being at work, they were with LE for hours before being released to be by themselves. Obviously Misty and Ron weren't talking to one another, according to the phone records and testimony of the two. LE has confirmed this. Who wrote the script supposedly? The biggest question, when did they have time to concoct a story? Misty stayed in interviews and questioning from the moment LE arrived.

Doesn't make sense, LE hasn't been able to put anyone with Misty after sevenish pm that night after nine months of investigation and pleas for someone to come forward.

Chelsea had taken Lisa to the hospital, so at some point that van WAS at Tommy's house.

My point was that Papa Croslin would not have been on Tyler Street that night to oversee the goings on.

KOOL if you go and listen to that interview I posted you might hear that Lisa and Lyndsy seemed to have the story that Misty should have told that night down to a T. I never listened to that video before, I think because back then I did not read Art's blog because I didn't find him reliable, I still don't, however the video is Misty's mother talking and explaining all about what Misty "meant" to say. How would they know what Misty meant to say any better than Misty?

Here is Thing #2 We recently(in September) heard that police were focusing on the phone activity of Misty the night Haleigh went missing. Her phone went off at around 830 after an ALLEGED argument between her and Ronald. Then, her phone came back on a little after 3 AM. NATISHA LANCE, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Well, Nancy, according to Tim Miller, they were arguing about -- Misty had apparently been gone for several days prior to Haleigh going missing. She had just come back into the house. They had had arguments about possibly some -- her entertaining other people outside of their relationship.

And when she came back into the house that argument had carried over and carried over also into the day that Haleigh went missing. ~end

I really don't understand this, parents with missing children can never be happy again? There is no proof that he even has "another woman", and if he does, is it really any of our business, it's not relevent to finding Haleigh. IMO. If Misty is "covering" for RC, which outside of the internet, it seems no one else thinks she is, time will tell. :twocents:

ITA, and there are rumors about both parents pursuing other folks.

Would that have put Mistys mother home alone on Tyler Street or were they staying with one of her sons? TIA

I'm pretty sure the senior Croslins had their own place and didn't move into Tyler till sometime after Haleigh went missing. Remember they lived next to that old man they stole from.

I thought I remembered that she was living with one of her brothers but I am really interested if we know where and who Misty lived with before she actually went to Satsuma. The reason I ask is that I watched a video today of her mother Lisa that I don't remember hearing before. In it Misty's mom says that "Misty always sleeps with the lights off" Now I had originally thought that Misty hadn't lived with her parents in awhile and I wondered how she would know how Misty sleeps. ...maybe it's just me and I am just being suspicious but when I watched that video it seemed a little off to me.

Here is the part of the interview that bugs me.

Art's article goes on for a bit and he also states that Misty said she called her mom after Haleigh went missing. Obviously she would have called her mother at one point but I don't know...my brain might be on overload but to read that article now, after all this time it seems as though they had an excuse for everything that Misty was inconsistent about. They (Lisa and Lyndsy) go on to tell Art that they told her she needs to quit talking so much.....After knowing about Tommy going over there and some of the other things that have come out recently, I am suspicious Nowhere in the video did she mention that Hankjr went over to bang on the door. Wouldn't she have known that way back then? I don't know maybe I need a little break...lol

She lived in Daytona Beach before moving to Satsuma.

In my opinion Misty could have used this type of parenting when she quit school after 6th grade.

Guess she must not have been that afraid of Tommy afterall, which I never believed in the first place. She just has no reason any longer to pretend Tommy was at fault, or did anything but respond to her call for help. She's known it all along too, but needs her family again so has to come up off of that. Some, it seems, prefer truth in moderation. JMO

I don't think Misty needs her family. They have done Misty an incredible disservice by allowing her to leave school after the 6th grade, I hope Grandmother Flora will be a better role model for her and Lord, knows she could use some better advice than can be found in a pill bottle.

She lived with one of the brothers. After her rape she was sent to MI and came back and lived with her brother. Chelsea lived there before she married Timmy. I will have to look and see if Tommy also lived there.

I don't know where she thinks she's going to sleep. The MH is around 900-1000 sq ft and 2 bedrooms with 6 people in it already. Those kids are supposed to have rooms of their own and now that DCF is involved I doubt they allow anymore people to live in that small place.

Tommy lived in there, too. I guess so did the parents at one time and then they all migrated to PC.

Misty had the RO put out on Tommy at the request of RC and nothing else, IMO. He thought that would help him prove how dangerous they are. Since he was the aggressor and is charged, he had to come up with something...IMO. I wish Msity would get over RC and talk. If she is involved in the crime, she never will.

I am willing to take bets that if this EVER gets to court, RC will use the RO in his favor.

Whoah...rape? He was not charged with rape. Still would like to see those court records....now that would be a good read. Knowing what we know about Misty,it has to make you wonder about that case. He was charged with sexual battery. He was 16 yrs. old and IIRC, they knew each other.

I also did not get the impression that she left the courtroom and went straigt to Tommy. She may have spent some time in a place we can't talk about w/o proof. She has some problems and issues for sure.

I didn't say she had optimal sleeping arrangements worked out lol, it's pretty clear Misty would have no reason to even go back into court and request the RO be lifted if she were planning on just stayin in Nashville listening to granny's advice.
