I believe Misty was cleared last night according to what I saw on the blurb at the bottom of the NG show. Part 7 about 19 seconds into the clip Thank you, Patty G.

Misty is not cleared until LE clears her. Time and Time again they have said that everyone is suspect and they have not said the family has been cleared...any of them.
NG shouldn't jump the gun. I promise you that if the family is cleared, we will hear it from LE at 3pm, then Nancy at 8..

I sure wish we knew what Rj told them. It has to be more than a man in black took Sissy because that isn't much of a lead! (It would only indicate it may not have been Misty, but would not rule out she wasn't a party to it.)

That is true, however, I understood they did that in the beginning..yet still kept going back to Misty and questioning and giving her other polygraph tests..
They still continue going back to her.

I do have to agree with one thing NG said about this particular 17yo being able to buffalo the FBI and LE this long and as many times as she has gone under interrogation.

I'll never say that Junior is lying to anyone about that, however I can't help but think that it could be the possibility of Ron walking around asking Misty if he is suppose to believe that a man in black snuck in and took his child..KWIM? And then Junior having heard that repeated it..
I honestly think if he would have seen more, or heard anything, he would have told his mother.

Casey didn't either. She wasn't questioned many times at all, I think only what twice? However, even in front of the people she knew best, she never crumbled. I think there are just some who will take it to their grave.

LE hasn't cleared her yet. Well, as far as we know, she hasn't been cleared. There have been no pressers now for a couple of days, so behind the scenes it could have happened. I would think if they did clear her, or any other family member, they would have held a presser to say it, so at least the focus can be taken off of them.

I dont think its hard to say "thats all I know" over and over. She has a pretty simple story to stick to, in my opinion. I was asleep, Haleigh is gone, thats all I know....OOh yeah, and my cousin, that dirty scoundrel who has been in trouble his whole life came to see me for a little visit, you might want to check him out....

I don't know about that. I've known a couple of 17 yr olds who could lie through their teeth with a straight face. I bet Casey Anthony was an accomplished liar at 17 also. I do not agree with NG's assessment of Misty. She has not been cleared with the LDT. She seems to have taken several of them. LE is satisfied with the testing, that does not mean that she did not show deception. I've never heard of LE conducting multiple Lie Detector Tests on someone who "passed".

I'm wondering if she will be charged with child neglect if it is proven that she left the children alone in the home the night that Haleigh disappeared.

I dont think its hard to say "thats all I know" over and over. She has a pretty simple story to stick to, in my opinion. That is one of the reasons I have a problem with what she has said happened. For one, she can't keep her stories straight. 13, 15, 17, doesn't make a difference. She knows if the child was in the bed with her or not..there is a huge difference between sleeping with one child vs sleeping with 2 children.
Too, seems as if she waited to mention her cousin being there and how she doesn't trust him after all the reports of the SO's living in the area. Almost like ummm..I'll just throw Joe under the bus because it would seem believable. I also think with that statement of not embarrassing the family that was said, LE doesn't believe that either..
The parents both have horrible pasts which are being thrown around in the public right now..bio-mom is slamming dad...all while Misty sits back thanking them for taking the spotlight off of her..

I'd like to know how she knows this. I mean, hey..I am a fan of NG, but I call BS on this one.
There is no doubt in my mind that if Misty has been cleared, then so has Ron. His alibi supposedly checks out, so he wasn't there..with not being there and having an air tight alibi, they should have already cleared him. LE would come out and say it if it were true. The focus has turned to the family problems and not on Haleigh. LE would clear that air so the focus would go where it needs to be..
I'll believe it when LE says it..

What has me curious regarding Misty & her cousin J.O. if he was at the home and he supposedly took the gun....their words not mine......and it was later found in a nearby ditch...what would be the point in someone taking a gun and later ditching it?

It just has me curious, anyone have any insight on this?

Websleuths know more than Nancy Grace. She is going by what others say, not LE with the who's cleared angle...I use her show to fall asleep to at night.
