MISSING PERSON ALERT: The Farmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman. Amy Plotts, who sometimes goes by Alex, age 19, is 5 feet tall, weighs 100 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Plotts left her home late on Jan. 3, taking a ride-sharing service to St. Paul. She was last known to be in the area of the Wabasha Street Bridge wearing a multi-colored knit stocking cap, an oversized dark grey jacket, brown zippered sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black Converse shoes with a flame pattern.
