Wright County Sheriff's Office
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in locating Chase Swenson, 30, of Cokato. Chase last had contact with his family in the afternoon hours of Monday, December 3rd in Cokato. Chase left on foot from the residence and is believed to be carrying two backpacks, a sleeping bag, and a home made yellow / black plaid quilt with cancer ribbons on it. Chase has spoken about wanting to go to Colorado for vacation and may be attempting to travel there. There are health concerns due to the weather, causing authorities to be concerned for his welfare.
Chase is described as 6’01”, 290 pounds, blue eyes, dark blond hair, and has a beard. Chase has a one inch scar on his right forearm. Chase was last seen wearing brown welding pants, a black welding jacket with orange flames printed on it, winter boots, and he also wears glasses.
