We have discussed this ad nauseum, I have, I know.
I do not believe she meant to kill him.
But I believe, having cited taser use guidelines upthread that she was not justified in using a taser in that situation.
She did not fulfill taser use criteria.
'I'm gonna tase you' followed exactly 7 seconds later by the lethal shot.
She also endangered the other passenger in the vehicle by firing that taser in the way she did.
Although her warrant states she shot his side, permitted, the medical examiner stated he died from a shot to the chest, not permitted.
I think we're going down cul-de-sacs by bringing in wider discussions here.
I think her manner, from the extraordinarily limited information we have, that single clip, is leaving us foundering in the dark and furthering the wilder allegations.
Daunte Wright is the victim in this case.
I linked Mary Moriarty's tweet from today already

Cooperating with the police does not ensure a positive outcome. The Massachusetts high court has ruled it is not suspicious for a Black person to run from the police. Not cooperating with police should not be a death sentence.
