Minneapolis Police Seek Public’s Help in Finding Missing Vulnerable Adult

December 5, 2018 (MINNEAPOLIS) The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 78 year old George Horn (photo below). Horn is a white male, 6’01” 180 pounds, brown eyes, wearing a black sweater and gray pants. He is reported to have dementia and was last seen in his assisted living facility on the 2500 block of Portland Av. S. at approximately 4:30pm this afternoon.
If you have noticed an individual resembling the photo, or can provide any information that may help police locate him, please call 9-1-1.

Hope that they'll find him quickly. It should be a very cold night in Minneapolis, by 3 AM it is expected to be 14 degrees and it'll feel even colder with wind. I have friends that live just blocks from there. I will tell them to keep an eye out. He definitely should not be out in that cold. Hoping he found a shelter to stay warm and fed.
