I agree that the perpetrator was molested by a local priest and that he was forever changed by that abuse. I believe that he constantly fantasized about abusing children Jacob's age who were also the age that he taught. I believe that he had a plan that he came up with in his fantasy that involved snatching a boy off the street if given the opportunity. Probably over the years he had seen boys come up the street during the day and thought about how he could grab one and take him back to his home to molest him. That fantasy was realized when DR's parents went away and he happened upon the boys as he went to his mailbox...I believe he may even have heard them talking about how nobody was home as they walked by while he was hiding in the underbrush (noise that Aaron heard) He was the only one who had that much time to put on a dark jacket, grab his mom's black pantyhose and pull over his head, grab a gun and walk down a private driveway to wait for boys return. The only one who did not leave foreign tire tracks on driveway, the only person who knew for sure that nobody would be coming down that driveway to interrupt the plan....
Ever since The Hunt, this forum has strayed away from this case in my opinion. Either John Walsh did absolutely no research for that show or there is a master plan that we don't know about. That show left out MANY important facts about this case and I personally was shocked at how poorly it was put together. I don't think it did Jacob's case any justice at all, and then it ended before you were ready and went to another case.
