human.....The interview revolves around what he 'saw' but can't 'go any deeper than that' or the 'element they can't ignore'. IMO those are references to the 2 cars he witnessed. If those 2 cars do not in reality exist, then it's perp on foot and heading east with Jacob in tow.

In the Kare 11 interview when he is asked about the blood on the chest, he doesn't say "oh yeah blood, most likely my aunts" he says something to the effect "they found some type of, I don't know the technical, some type of blood? or something to that effect" ok now that we are there with that, its your aunts?

Since the chest had been in the family for years, how was he to know for certain whose blood it was. And, we have no idea how large the spot was - could have been very minimal.

God sent an angel, that angel is Kevin. When did the first prayer occur? LE had arrived at the scene at approx 9 45 pm, but kevin had already been there as well. Someone, either the boys, Merle, Jerry or Patty had already asked God for help. God listens, and gave kevin the instinct to drive sll the way into rassiers building site, not only to tell Dan, but to inevitably solve the case as well, imo.

Does the abductor's car necessarily need to be parked on the Rassier Property?



Could the abductor have picked up Jacob, ran through the wooded area, and put Jacob in a car parked on the road behind the woods? If there was more than one person involved in the abduction, this could be a possibility. It's a small enough town, and I don't understand why road blocks weren't in place to check every vehicle that was in the area that night.

It wouldn't necessarily have had to be DR heading East with Jacob either, Hollinger worked across the Sauk River a little southeast of the "R" farm. Jacob could have been carried by someone physically fit for a bit, or taken to a car hidden back there. There were roads back past the R's burn pit that were used for tractors and plows, but were wide enough for a car to drive on. Or someone could have carried Jacob to a car more to the southeast. There is a #121 road to the South that crosses the river. See attached map.

I am not holding my breath for any new technologies to identify the source of the suspected blood on the items retained from DR's home.

I seriously doubt that household items would have been put in storage with visible blood stains on them; whether or not they were related to any crime. Blood is just something you clean up. True, blood once it is cleaned up, will leave a residue that includes iron from hemoglobin that is relatively inert that will react with luminol for many years. The biological materials in blood, that might yield DNA or other markers, such as blood cells or platelets will be subject to decomposition from bacteria or oxidation and it is unlikely that any would remain after 25 or more years. Also, it is worth noting that other materials including common cleaning solutions will react to luminol pretty much the same as blood.

Furthermore, the source of any trace of blood on any household item that was exposed to regular human activity is most likely to be the minor accidents and a nosebleeds that occur from title to time.

Obviously, if a new technology were developed that would uncover a reliable marker of the donner of that blood and that donner turns out to be Jacob, I would expect DR to be arrested. I just think it is very unlikely that, in our lifetime, that any such result will be forthcoming.

My guess is the blood was not visible. Why would someone think some brown spots are blood? It could be fly specks for all they know.

My guess is that the cadaver dogs hit on it.
