July 9, 2018 (MINNEAPOLIS) The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 21 year old Jude O’Neal (photo). He’s described as a 5’4”, 145 pound adult male with black curly hair, a moustache and a “612” tattoo on his right shoulder. O’Neal, a vulnerable adult, was last seen early this morning near the 4500 block of 33rd Avenue South near Hiawatha Avenue (Highway 55).
