On December 2nd, authorities searched the basement of a residence in Chisholm after receiving a report that possible human bones were found. Authorities do not believe the bones are human but they will be analyzed further just in case.

LeeAnna was mentioned in this article because she is from that area and is still missing.

7:15 p.m. update:
Chisholm Police Chief James Vukad said possible human bones were found in the basement of a home Tuesday.

“As our community is painfully aware, the disappearance of LeeAnna Warner remains an open case that has deeply affected Chisholm for more than two decades. We want to reassure the Warner family, and our entire community, that we remain committed to following every credible lead with care, diligence, and compassion. Our hope is that continued efforts and cooperation will one day bring long-awaited answers and a measure of peace to those who have carried this loss for so long,” Vukad said.

CHISHOLM — After a thorough forensic review, the bones discovered in a Chisholm basement earlier this month were determined to not be of human origin.
