I hope you are right and they do, I just don't hold out much hope of it getting there.

It will be tricky. Let's hope it works. The ICE person who needlessly killed Renee needs to face a judge and jury.

imo

The video shows his hand on the firearm. He doesn’t draw until she’s in drive and starts forward momentum. I watched the video in slo-mo. That’s what I see. imo
Appreciate your observations.

I hope people listen to this.
Yes! This is the kind of response we need.

I'm about to pack my bags and move to MN, the freest state in the union.

And if a jury finds him not guilty you will accept that, correct?

I think that is why so many, myself included, are angry. I don't like being told nothing to see here when I saw plenty that concerns me.

all MOO
Yes 100% to this. I do not like being told by our government within hours of a woman being shot to death in the street near her home that she was a domestic terrorist and that the agent was following procedures so case is closed. I see plenty of problems with that. IMO.

That’s not a fact. You might want to add IMO to your post.
Bingo, IMO the Mayor and the DA are great human beings as well, clearly. IMO for rules sake only, clearly as well!

This video absolutely proves that she did not drive her car at him, as it moves forward it is moving away from him and he very clearly steps into its path, leans in, points his gun and fires through the windscreen, the only contact made is when he has already shot her and then he puts his hand on the bonnet of the car and straightens himself up.
I honestly dont know what you believe you see here, but I promise you it isnt what you want us to believe it is!.
Not jmo, seen with my own eyes, which are very reliable as I have just had them tested!.

I see him being struck by her car. I never said she intentionally was trying to hit him. So and I am sincerely asking this question. Do you believe he just decided to execute someone in broad daylight for no reason? Is that what you believe? For what motivation?

Everyone sees different things in the same videos. It's baffling.

It's not baffling really, the reason is known why. He said his reason with &&&ing &&&&ich. IMO

I'm not the OP, but if charges are brought, and he is given a fair trial, which we are all entitled to (even the folks who are being deported without due process), with no shenanigans, and is found not guilty, I'll accept the verdict.
I don't have to agree with it, or be happy about it, but I'll accept it.
Been through too many trials that went opposite of what I'd hoped for.
This young womans loved ones deserve a chance to obtain justice for her death.
IMO.

I just want to reference this article I posted yesterday again. The FBI case won't make it to court. (imo) But I think the state will try their best to bring it to court.

Why state charges for Minneapolis ICE shooting are possible but tricky

From the article -

"Lawyers who do this for a living and have experience in self-defense or justification cases realize that there's a lot more nuance to this than saying, 'She didn't mow the guy down, and he shot and killed her,'" Bederow said.

If he does face charges, the agent might argue that he was operating in a heated environment – he and Good's wife were filming each other outside the SUV as she asked if he "wanted to come at" them, just seconds before the shooting – and that he didn't have the luxury of analyzing the direction of the SUV's movements in a frame-by-frame, slow-motion video.

"It's going to be a very, very tough job for prosecutors, notwithstanding the fact that there is very disturbing video and a woman lost her life," Bederow said.

I heard LIVE the original presser with the Mayor and Ellison, of who I knew nothing of them. I was so impressed and so hopeful to have such people among us and THERE. It IS an 'occupation' of ice being there. IMO
That was an uplifting presser.

The state of MN has a lower than national average of undocumented immigrants. But, immigration law is immigration law. As the mayor said, they do not want ICE to stop doing ICE things. The problem is that ICE is not doing ICE things.

The AJ and Mayor accuse the federal administration of sending in ICE agents purely to punish the state for not going for the current prez in any of the 3 elections in which he was a candidate. They lay out a convincing case, ICE is not there to enforce immigration law. They are there to punish MN.

The state also stated that there are expenses the federal government causes MN, and that is why they are suing. For example, businesses are closing and schools are having to do some remote instruction because people are afraid to work, shop or go to school. This is an economic hardship. It feels a little petty to mention that when Renee Good is dead, but it was expressed in a very respectful way to the victim of this shooting.

So your thinking is that ICE agents just kill everyone they don't like? He just didn't like being heckled and decided to execute her?

Being struck (or at least it came close) AFTER the first shot. She didn't have control over the car anymore at this point IMO.

Motivator: Anger. And the feeling of power.

I didn't hear anything from the press conference that showed that the state and local leaders were trying to de-escalate the situation, it sounded more like they were doing the opposite.

Multiple witnesses stated agents told her to leave.

“Some of them were leaving, and they just went around her, but ICE gave her orders to leave, while at the same time, another ICE person said, ‘Get out of the car,’ and he reached for her door handle. And then there was an ICE agent in front of her vehicle. So it was difficult for her to leave, as she'd been ordered to do,” Callenson said.

...
Heller said she heard ICE agents telling the driver, a woman, to “get out of here.”

Mr. or Mrs. Callenson is top of my prosecution witness list for the trial
